Amadeus Exercises
Instructions: Below are PNR creation and modification exercises. Read and
analyze the information given for PNR creation/modification and type correct
order of entries in your word document. Email your answers to
pamelaacevedogo@gmail.com before 7 PM on Saturday, September 7.

Exercise 1
Mr. Allan Davidson called your office and requested a booking for himself and
his daughter Samantha (DOB Aug 29,2009).
They would like to go to Sydney on September 15. Book them in economy Y
class of the first segment in your availability. Their preferred carrier is
Quantas Airways.
Return flight is on October 3, same airline and booking class of the first
segment of your availability.
Add their Manila home phone no. 9315678 and business number of Mr. Allen
Davidson in Sydney Timber Construction Supplies 8889456.
Set the ticketing deadline at least a month before the departure date from
Manila.
Before you end, make sure all the mandatory PNR elements are already
added.
Print the hard copy.
