many or as few meetings as they choose, but MUST sign up in advance to guarantee adequate
supplies are available. Please initial next to any meetings your child will be attending in the
column below.

INITIAL IF ATTENDING

All meetings will take place in Room 501 from 3:15 pm 4:15. Students should wait in their
homeroom until they are called. Pick up will be in the front of the school promptly at 4:15. Bus
transportation WILL NOT be available at that time, you must provide pick-up transportation for your
child. Excellent behavior is expected at all club meetings. There will be some extra meetings from
time to time to work on Little Dresses for Africa and other service projects.

permission slip you will receive an email reminder with meeting dates.
