About Us
AME Training Academy is an Aircraft Maintenance Training
Organization eablished with rong support from skilled
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to provide Aircraft
Maintenance career for the intereed individuals. We offer
Apprenticeship programs on European Aviation Safety
Agency (EASA) Part 66 Modules and Practical Maintenance
Training.
EASA is a public corporation was eablished by European
Union as an independent speciali Aviation regulator. The
EASA regulates active professional and private pilots,
licensed aircraft engineers and others. EASA requires two
major components to qualify for Part 66 License, one is pass
all the required modular exams and gain certain years of
practical maintenance experience depending on the category
of license.
Our Apprenticeship training is a HANDS-ON experience.
Students will be given several tasks to be carried out directly
on live aircraft. We aid our udents to qualify for EASA
Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Technician & Engineer License.
Examinations and Aircraft Type Rating is conducted by EASA
Part 147.
Our Apprentice attends one week of theory and one week of
practical maintenance training on the LIVE aircraft at Subang
International Airport under the direct supervision of Licensed
Aircraft Engineers.
We take high school leavers with zero knowledge on the
Aircraft Maintenance and make them hero on Aircraft
Maintenance. We train our Apprentice to become a valuable
asset to any company hiring them. We are providing the be
Lecturers and Inructors to teach them everything that they
need to know about Aircraft Maintenance.

MISSION STATEMENT
To produce skilled engineers with international recognition via
the EASA Part-66 License Programme.
The Management
The company is managed by an array of individuals with va
experience in the aviation indury. With unwawering
knowledge and experience, our trainees can be be assured
that our training course is of great quality and globally
recognised.
We employ experienced inructors, mo of whom are
Licensed Aircraft Engineers, Licensed Aircraft Technicians
and Licensed Aircraft Pilots, with years of experience in the
aviation indury.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA, UK) which is a public corporation
that was eablished by parliament in 1972 as an independent
speciali Aviation Regulator and provider of Air Trafc Services.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES:
Enhancing aviation safety performance by pursuing
targeted and continuous improvements in syems, culture,
processes and capability.
Improving choice and value for aviation consumers now
and in the future by promoting competitive markets,
contributing to consumers' ability to make informed
decisions and protecting them where appropriate.
Improving environmental performance through more
efcient use of airspace and make an efcient contribution
to reducing the aviation indury's environmental impacts.
Ensuring that the CAA is an efcient and effective
organization which meets Better Regulation principles

Apprenticeship Programme
Students join us as a Trainee Apprentice and work their way up to
become a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician or Engineer.
The Apprenticeship program has been teed and it is created to
build knowledge and hands on skills.
This practice is ill adopted by Airlines all over the World because
you are trained by Indury Experts to have knowledge and skills
that guarantee the job worldwide.
The program is open to young girls and boys between 17 to 30
years old with good eye sight (color recognition is required),
hearing and physical ability. Applicants should at lea have SPM
with three credits in English, Mathematics and Science subject.
Once applied for this programme you will be scheduled for an
Aptitude Te and Interview. The te will check your aptitude for
aircraft maintenance, cognitive ability and motor skills.
Year 1
Trainees would be introduced on the safety aspects of aircraft
maintenance and basic engineering skills. The classroom training
would include the subjects such as Aviation English, Basic Tools
Training, Hangar Safety, Ground Handling, Human Factors, Basic
Physics, Mathematics and drawing focusing on aircraft
maintenance. Trainees will be exposed to aircraft work on live
aircrafts. We prefer to get them to D check or C checks aircrafts as
the check duration is longer. All the work performed or assied on
the aircraft will be under direct supervision of Licensed Aircraft
Engineer in charge. Trainees shall record all the work performed on
the logbooks.
Year 2
Trainees will spend on week on classroom and one week Practical
Training at the Indury. Under the direct supervision of Licensed
Aircraft Engineers Trainees will be exposed to operational
sequence for inalling, removing, maintaining, repairing or
fabricating critical aircraft components, or electrical/electronic,
mechanical or inrumentation syems. Applies theory and skills in
accomplishing assigned tasks, including electronic data, blueprints,
sketches, engineering drawings, technical orders and written and
verbal inructions. Trainees shall record all the work performed on
the logbooks.

Year 3
Modular course continues on one week class lecture and one Practical Training at the Indury.
Under the direct supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers our Trainees will work on ight controls,
engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel syems, and mechanical components. Will have adequate
knowledge of airframe and power plant syems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies
required expertise in reoring equipment condition and or operation. Trainees shall record all the
work performed on the logbooks.
Year 4
Modular course continues on one week class and one Practical Training at the Indury. Under the
direct supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers the Trainees will work from blueprints, engineering
orders, schematics, repair manuals and other technical documents on aircraft electrical/electronic,
mechanical, plumbing, and hydraulics, power plant, ructures or inrumentation syem. Trainees
may perform electrical, mechanical or inrumentation maintenance, repair and teing in support of
specic ight te projects. Conructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjus, tes, and maintains
various types of complex aircraft equipment, components, devices or syems. Trainees shall record
all the work performed on the logbooks.
Year 5
Modular course continues on one week class and one Practical Training at the Indury. Under the
direct supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers the Trainees will maintains repairs and modies
aircraft ructures, ructural components and engines of complex to extreme difculty, maintains
and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to ight controls, engines, hydraulics,
pneumatics, fuel syems and mechanical components, and applies technical knowledge of airframe
and power plant syems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies technical expertise in
reoring equipment condition and operation. Notify Licensed Aircraft Engineer or Supervisor of
any/all malfunctions, defects and damages of equipment, material and product. Trainees shall
record all the work performed on the logbooks.
Upon completion of fth year training and the modular courses our Trainees will be
eablished as Licensed Aircraft Technician or Engineers with EASA followed by Type
Ratings. Finally they are ready to commence their Career in the World of limitless Aviation
opportunities.
