5. Document control
All documentation generated for this project will be managed by the Document Management System. All documents
will be numbered and filed according to the nature of the document and the time it was generated. The use of this
document management system enables Gulf Automation System to maintain all project documentation to have it
available at a later time.

5. COMMUNICATION
Project engineer shall be responsible for communication regarding technical clarifications regarding function design,
specifications and logics. The Project Manager shall be responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk
management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered
in budget, on schedule, and within scope.

6. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING:


We follow well defined model approach to execute the Installation & Commissioning for automation systems.

Training course is targeted to give sufficient knowledge about the process requirement of the supplied
system. The following informations are well taken care during our training documents.
