my heirs, successors, executors and administrators jointly and severally to pay to
Company name, having its registered office Company address (hereinafter called
the "Company") on demand the sum of Rs. Bond_amount/- (Rupees
Bond_amt_words only) as token sum for the payment of the costs including wages
for the period of training, daily allowances paid during the training period, the cost of
travel from the usual place of work in India and back and other incidental out of
pocket expenses to be incurred by the Company and the cost of training as such for
imparting technical training to the Employee in Training_India or abroad.

WHEREAS the Employee is being sent by the Company for technical training in
Training_India or abroad and has signed an Agreement with the Company that in
consideration of the Employee being selected and sent to Training_India or abroad
for technical training in the area of In_the_field_of, the Employee shall remain in
employment with the Company for a minimum period of No_of_year from the date
of his training dated Date_of_training.
AND WHEREAS such training provides the Employee with skill and imparts to his
confidential technical information.
AND WHEREAS such training and the related agreement, bond shall be governed by
the Training and Service Agreement Policy no. Policy reference # dated Policy
dated.

AND WHEREAS for providing such skill and technical knowledge to the employee the
Company will have to incur substantial expenses including wages for the training
period, daily allowances paid during the training period and costs of travel from the
usual place of work in India and back and other incidental out of pocket expenses
besides the cost of training as such and the Employee has consequently been called
upon to furnish a bond together with Surety for an amount of Rs.Bond_amount/(Rupees Bond_amt_words only) for indemnifying the Company against all losses or
damages including the expenses incurred by the Company in the imparting of the
training as aforesaid to the employee, which the Company will suffer by reason of the
Employee failing to fulfill his service obligations under its letter of appointment dated
Appoin_date and the Training Agreement of date dated Training_agreem_date.
NOW the condition of the above written obligation is that in the event of the
Employee failing to fulfill any of the terms and conditions of service as set out in the
letter of appointment dated Appoin_date and/or training agreement dated
Training_agreem_date with the Company and/or Employee ceasing to be in the
employment of the Company for a minimum period of No_of_year from the date of
training dated Date_of_training or in the event of the services of the employee
being terminated for mis-conduct and/or for any breach of obligation of the
employee and/or Employee abandoning the employment with the Company at any
time during the period of No_of_year from the date of the training in Training_India
or abroad dated Date_of_training as aforesaid, the Employee and the Surety shall
jointly and severally pay forthwith without demur and on a mere demand to the
Company the said sum of Rs. Bond_amount/- (Rupees Bond_amt_words only).
And upon the above bounden, the Employee and the Surety making the payment as
aforesaid or the Employee remaining in employment of the Company for a minimum
period of No_of_year from the date of the training dated Date_of_training the
above written obligation shall be void and of no effect, otherwise it shall be and
remain in full force and effect.

TRAINING AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on this the signed_thisday, between Company
Name, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its
registered office at Company address (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
which expression shall include its successors and assigns) on the ONE PART and
Empl_name SorD/o Father_name (hereinafter referred to as "Employee") of the
OTHER PART.
WHEREAS on the application of the Employee, the Company has by its appointment
letter dated
Appoin_date agreed to employ the Employee subject to and on
the terms and conditions contained therein and other rules and regulations of the
Company as amended from time to time.
AND WHEREAS the Company has selected the Employee for technical training in
Training_India or abroad in the area of the In_the_field_of and subject to and on
the terms and conditions contained hereinafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSTH AS FOLLOWS:1. In consideration of the Employee agreeing to be in the employment of the
Company for a minimum period of No_of_year from the date of the training
dated Date_of_training, the Company agrees to send the Employee to
Training_India or abroad for imparting of technical training in the field of
In_the_field_of being understood and agreed that training will be at such
place(s) and for such duration and in such a manner as the Company may deem
necessary or appropriate.
2. All expenses of such training including wages for the period of training, to and fro
air fare and other travelling expenses daily allowances if any during training for
meeting out of pocket and boarding and lodging expenses shall be borne or

arranged or caused to be borne or arranged by the Company subject to

applicable laws and regulations. Salary/wages shall be payable in India. The
Company reserves the right to pay such allowances as it may in its discretion
deem fit.
3. The Employee shall while on training comply with and be bound by all the rules
and regulations and orders/instructions issued by the Company and/or from time
to time. Should the Company and/or Company name, Training_India or
abroad require at any time, the Employee shall sign the required secrecy
undertakings and bonds as may be desired by the Company.
4. The Employee shall not be entitled to any leave whatsoever during the training
period and his stay Stay_in_India_abroad save and except for such leave
which may be granted to his in writing by the Company at its sole discretion on a
prior appliccation made by the Employee in this behalf.
5. The Employee shall abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations including
those of the Government and/or any local or statutory authority of the country
and place of training and shall indemnify and keep indemnified and save
harmless to the Company against any loss, damage, cost expense or proceeding
arising out of any breach or non-compliance with any such laws, rules or
regulations.
6. The Company may at any time in its sole discretion and without assigning any
reason whatsoever cut short or terminate the training pursuant hereto and to call
the employee back to work.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if at any time before
the commencement of or during the training, the Company is of the opinion that
the Employee is conducting himself_or_herself in a manner not conducive to the
training or in contravention of given rules and laws, the Company may cause
such training to be terminated forthwith and/or not to be imparted without being
liable in any manner whatsoever to the Employee.
8. The Employee shall diligently and faithfully undergo the training and preserve all
the training materials furnished/provided to the Employee during the course of
the training and shall after the completion of the training hand over the same to
the Company.
9. The Employee shall while on training not carry on any business or vocation or be
employed or be engaged in any manner whatsoever with any other person
whether whole time or part time.
10. The Employee shall keep secret and confidential at all times the knowledge, skill,
information, date, drawings, documents and brochure that may be disclosed to
his or come to his knowledge or in his possession during the course of the training
or at any time thereafter during his employment with the Company and shall not
disclose or divulge the same to any person/firm or body corporate or use the
same for any other person or his own use whether for remuneration or otherwise

at all times notwithstanding the cessation of his employment with the Company
for any reason whatsoever. The Employee shall further not publish any book,
booklet, brochure or pamphlet or contribute any article to any newspaper or any
publication whatsoever relating to the matter aforesaid without the prior consent
in writing of the Company.
11. On the completion of the training, the Employee shall forthwith return to assigned
place of work and contribute to in the employment of the Company for a
minimum period of No_of_year from the date of the training dated
Date_of_training. The Company in its sole discretion may post the Employees
from time to time on such post and in such of its establishments/ undertaking/
branches/ units or any company of Company name Group of Industries
anywhere in India/or abroad and to transfer from one place to other as the
Company may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.
12. In the event of the Employee leaving or abandoning the Employment of the
Company prior to the completion of the period referred to in clause hereinabove
for any reason whatsoever or in the event of his services being terminated by the
Company due to misconduct or breach of applicable service conditions or
breach of any/all terms and conditions of this agreement or his letter of
appointment dated Appoin_date or for reason attributable to the Employee
before the completion of the said period of No_of_year the Employee shall
indemnify and keep indemnified and save harmless the Company against all loss,
damage, cost and expense suffered or incurred by the Company by reason
thereof, it being agreed that such loss and damage, shall include but not be
limited to the cost of locating a suitable person to fill the vacancy so caused, the
salary for the period of training such person upto the level at which the Employee
was at the time of such cessation of Employment, the cost of training in
Training_India or abroad and the full salary received by the Employee during
the training period, etc.
13. For due and faithful performance of the obligation of the Employee hereunder
and observance of the provisions hereof, the Employee has this day executed a
bond alongwith a surety for a sum of Rs.Bond_amount/- (Rupees
Bond_amt_words only) on a non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value and
in form and content prescribed by the Company. This agreement shall become
effective after its execution, on the furnishing of such bond by the Employee, and
its acceptance by the Company.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HAVE EXECUTED THIS AGREEMENT AT DELHI, ON THIS
