OUR CORE PRINCIPLES AND CORNERSTONES

We have a dual approach, a kind of new humanism where we ensure economic as well as social
justice. To achieve this, the governance of Genero is hinged on: Empowerment and Innovation;
Initiative and flexibility, Leadership and commitment, Freedom and Responsibility; Ethical Corporate
Citizenship. All these principles are applied with us and none is chosen for the other.

Empowerment and Innovation


Any Corporate Governance must provide empowerment to the executive management. Genero
believes that empowerment actualizes the potential of her employees. Empowerment unleashes
creativity and innovation throughout the organization by truly vesting decision-making powers at the
most appropriate levels in the organizational hierarchy.
Given the fact that exigencies always surface, we give room for initiative, innovations and flexibility
as our consultants are exceptional individuals who take personal responsibility to find new creative
ideas that have the potential to change the world while contributing to our clients and our profitable
growth.

Leadership and Commitment


Genero J Genero believes that organizations like itself have both an economic and a social purpose.
We represent a coalition of interests, namely those of the shareholders, other providers of capital,
business associates and employees.
This belief therefore casts a responsibility of leadership and commitment on the management. Through
Leadership, our consultants achieve extraordinary results designed to shape future while exceeding its
client expectations. Through leadership and commitment, we thus have the responsibility to ensure
equity where that the rights of all shareholders, large or small, are protected

Freedom and Responsibility


Management must have the executive freedom to drive the enterprise forward without undue restraints
as economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise. This freedom of management
should be exercised within a framework of effective accountability responsibility. We believe that
freedom, combined with responsibility, provides an impetus to performance and improves personal
and corporate effectiveness, thereby enhancing shareholder value. A mechanism of checks and
balances ensures responsibility in our map of freedom. The freedom of executive management is thus
guided not to be misused, but is used with care and responsibility to meet stakeholder aspirations and
societal expectations..

Ethical Corporate Citizenship


An organization like Genero J Genero whose members are pubic speakers, must have a responsibility
to set exemplary standards of ethical behaviour, both internally within the organization, as well as in
their external relationships. We believe that unethical behaviour corrupts organizational culture and
undermines stakeholder value. As corporate citizens, we feel we are one with everybody. We have at
the back of our minds that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations; the earths
great treasure lies in human personality; and that service to humanity is the best work of life. Above
all, we strongly believe that faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life;
