TERMINAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE:

Acquisition and application of skills, knowledge and attitude through the utilization of
health care services to the sick patient of UZH –ward BMU emphasis on curative and
rehabilitative aspects in the hospital with consideration on the ethico-legal aspect of
nursing practice.

ENABLING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of 8 hours duty, I will be able to:

1. Establish good interpersonal relationship with the clinical instructor, co-

student nurses, nurse staff and patient.
2. Participate actively in the pre and post conference.
3. Familiarize self with the physical set up, organizational structure rules and
policies of the UZH-ward BMU.
4. Assist patient vital sign accurately.
5. Observe patient properly
6. Use patient chart as secondary source of data.
7. Observe clearly endorsement of the patient care attentively.
8. Conduct courtesy call to the chief nurse of the hospital.
9. Listen to clinical instructor attentively and follow instructor.

TERMINAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE.

community focusing on the utilization of family nursing process with emphasis on
health promotion preventive curative, disease prevention and rehabilitative aspect of
care.

ENABLING OBJECTIVES:
