Introduction
Before starting any project we have to set planning to get the suitable
results. As we know well planning is vital for all good projects during
project planning, the project plan and details are continuously being
developed as more statistics becomes available, and as the project
commands that changes be made. It is defined as factor process There are
some main factors like Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and
Closing.

Summary
Our firm is accountable to do plumbing, electrical and heating work
includes installation of toilet sheets, taps etc. and water pipes throughout
the scope , In electrical work includes wiring ,lighting, security alarms and
switch boards and last but not the least to do heating solutions we install
air conditioning systems, ventilation system
Its a medium sized house area of 205m2 build on 580m2 scope in Pokeno
village estate in south is about 50 km away from Auckland city
As we all know that engineers are valuable for our society.so that, for
engineers the ethical responsibilities for society and atmosphere are must
accountable

As per our project requirements, we didnt find any ethical issues. There
wasnt any immoral effect on society, environment or any wildlife area.by
way of we are going to work on a personal property for installation of
plumbing, electrical and heating solution .we didnt use any equipment
that cause effect on atmosphere or society living around
Resources analysis
Basically it is a plan that study the necessary internal and external
resources to take an advantage in the market form other competitors .In
this plan we analyse capability of staff members, profitability, customers,
market and environment
For our project we also did resources analysis both internal and external.
In an internal analysis we analysed the capability of the staff members by
interviewing them, evaluated the profitability and for external resources
analysis we analysed the suppliers, working environment, customers
needs

In our project, recruiting skilled staff is the hardest job for us because the
quality work has to be done within time limit so we set a HR team to hire
suitable skilled staff for different works and the team has done great job.
They approached to some recruitment companies to hire a skilled staff
then they took interview around 50 peoples from different back round.
Finally they categorised some people for each work type after that team
had discussed the pay role with the selected (electrical, plumbing and
heating) staff because the labour/staff gratification was essential. HR
team had also decided to give them some perks during work just to be
friendly and motivate the

Stakeholder management plan is a process to identification (identify
people or organizations), analysis, plan and engage. A stakeholder can
have direct or indirect impact on our project. They can affect or affected

Procurement plan
A plan that records and describes the purchases made from suppliers that
are necessary for the accomplishment of the project to create a budget
and a right plan. In procurement plan includes the project requirements,
the procurement team, the justification for the procurement, a time line
and an clarification of the supplier selection procedure

Before starting this project we have decided to buy the materials from
different factories. Three organizations have reached for purchasing the
materials for plumbing, electrical and heating work. Guidance from
suppliers has been taken too. We do ensure that the material has been
bought on the premise of value. A suitable timetable is sorted out for
delivery of material on work site for diverse operation on distinctive
occasion
Risk management
A risk is an uncertain event or condition that can happen anytime at
anywhere if it happens then it has a progressive or an adverse effect on a

Conclusion
To conclude that, in our overall project there was many obstacles during
project but to make it successful we did pre planning for each component
of project. Our company, and staff members has done remarkable job to
achieve our goal with in time. We all have put 100% efforts to satisfy the
customer
