Know all men by these presents that I Lucy Goodrich of Oakland County Michigan Territory in
consideration of Three hundred and twenty seven Dollars to me paid by Robert S. Parks of the place
aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do by these presents give grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Robert S. Parks his heirs and assigns a certain parcel of Land situate in Township
two North of Range Eleven East bounded and described as follows viz: Beginning at the North East
Corner of section nineteen and running from thence south to the quarter stake in the center of the
section from thence west far enough that a line drawn parallel with the East line of the section
shall make one hundred and Ten acres of Land from thence north to the north line of said section
from thence East to the place of beginning it being apart [sic] of said Lot number nineteen in the
Township aforesaid in the land district of Detroit Michigan Territory

Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the said land in any wise appertaining and
belonging.

To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Robert S. Parks his heirs and assigns to his
and their use and behoof forever.

And I the said Lucy Goodrich for myself my heirs executors and administrators do covenant with the said
Robert S. Parks his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises that
they are free from all incumbrances that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Robert
S. Parks his heirs and assigns as aforesaid and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the said Robert S. Parks his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
demands of all persons. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth
day of June in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one

me came Lucy Goodrich the within named grantor to me known to be the person within described and
