Job Description and Requirements
Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam).
The job requires Female applicants only
Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position.
Applicants must be 30 to 45 years old

Job Title : PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibility : Project Management, Execution & Progress Monitoring
Reporting to : Project Manager
Duties:

1. To study all contract documents and know them well.

2. To study drawings and know them well and retain the overall responsibility for constructing the works in accordance with the drawings.
3. To organize the site, the installations and observe all matters of the site safety.
4. To attend meetings on site, records minutes of meetings with the consultant etc. whether official or unofficial.
5. To liaise closely with the office and co-ordinate the works of all sub-constructors whether nominated or domestic.
6. To follow instructions from the management and especially of Project Manager. To discuss with him any problems relating to the operations that may affect
the efficiency and smooth running of the site.
7. To supervise the work on site.
8. To ensure that effective Audit controls are exercise on site pertaining to timekeeping, Storekeeping etc.
9. To record accurately any variations or instructions given on site by Consultants or Clients and promptly inform the manager and Projects Manager.
10. To work closely with all the company departments i.e. Joinery, MEP, Purchasing etc.
11. To act in a proactive role to order materials on site before they are needed.
12. To follow program of works and make sure that the progress is planned. Make sure that their Foreman/Supervisors are aware of the production output
expected of them.
13. To supervise all aspects of the works in site and ensure that the highest quality of work is achieved by in house departments as well as those of Sub
constructors.
14. To liaise closely with all company departments for the proper and efficient execution of his duties.
15. To keep on site and update on a daily basis the following log books:
a.) Concrete cube records
b.) Site Daily Report
c.) Accidents report
d.) Site Daily Diary
e.) To keep on site daily production reports.
f.) Variation/Additional works log book

16. To carry out any other related duties assigned to them by the Management.
17. Minimum of Diploma.
18. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
