Purpose To verify that the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) contains accurate information that will assist post in responding to emergency situations. Procedure Under the technical supervision of the Peace Corps Safety and Security Officer (PCSSO), the Safety and Security Coordinator (SSC) will ensure that the results of the Annual Risk Assessment are incorporated into the EAP risk matrix and inform EAP revisions. After any EAP test or activation, the SSC will coordinate an after-action debrief with all relevant personnel and include their perspectives for improving the EAP. The SSC will be responsible for revising the EAP and making the appropriate notifications to staff, Volunteers, Regional Security Advisor (RSA), and PCSSO following all analysis and revision.
