1. The above result is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions & verification of
records.
2. The State Agency shall not be responsible for any technical/typographical error of any kind
for this notification.
3. The certificates of qualifying candidates shall be available after one month from the date of
declaration of result. However, the candidates whose postgraduate examination final result is
awaited and who have not fulfilled the eligibility conditions, their certificates will be issued
after the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions.
4. The candidates having any grievances with regards to answer key(s) even after declaration of
this result, may send a written request as per prescribed proforma uploaded on the website, to
the Registrar & Member Secretary (SET), Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ganeshkhind,
Pune supporting their stand with proof from standard books/ literature along with a
Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) drawn in favour of Finance &
Accounts Officer, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ganeshkhind, Pune within one
month from the date of declaration of result. Claim(s) received without the Demand Draft of
the said amount will not be entertained. Valid request(s) in all respects will be placed before the
Expert Committee(s) for re-examination of the answer key(s). In case the answer(s) is/are
found to be incorrect, SET will process the result in light of changed key(s) and qualify the
additional candidates without changing the result of candidates qualified provisionally as per
this notification.
5. Grievances received without supporting documents/literature are liable to be rejected.
6. No grievances pertaining to answer key(s) of SET for examinations conducted prior to 29th
May, 2016 will be entertained.
7. In the event of any information being found false or incorrect in the Application Form/ OMR
sheet or detection of any ineligibility, the candidate is liable to be disqualified even after
declaration of this result.
8. SET takes utmost care in finalization of result. However, if any error is detected at a later
stage, SET may rectify the result accordingly.
9.The qualified candidates should submit following necessary documents duly attested, along
with their application form downloaded after submission of Online Application within one
month from the date of declaration of result.
a.Final Year Mark list of Master's Degree or P.G. Diploma of equivalent examination (in case
of candidates who have passed Master's Degree)
b.Marriage certificate/Gazette Copy (in case of any change in name)
c.Caste Certificate/Validity Certificate issued by Competent Authority from Maharashtra
supporting the claim.
d.Valid Non Creamy layer Certificate for OBC/SBC/DT(A)/NT(B)/NT(C)/NT(D) Category
candidates.
e.Medical Certificate given by Competent Authority in prescribed format in case of
Visually/Blind or Physically Handicapped Candidates.
This notification is issued with approval of the competent authority.
