Prepare a high level solution diagram looking into the modules that are

listed in the RFP. You are required to think on how these modules can be
logically connected to achieve the requirements mentioned in the RFP. All
the ITIAs will more or less present similar solutions (with minor
differences) and you as a IT consultant evaluating them should have a fair
idea about how these systems could be connected and implemented.

Solution: The online customer interacts with the web self-service via internet.
There can be service requests or a request for a new service connection. CRM
module will be responsible for handling such requests. GIS module will be sharing
relevant information with CRM module. GIS will also be sharing the acquired data
with the central database. CRM module will be sharing the status and approvals for
payment with the Web Self Service. Billing module will be sharing bill details and
the consumer history with the CRM module. Metering module will share meter
readings with the Billing module and Energy audit module. Billing module will
share the consumption details with the Auditing module. Billing module will share
the bill details and history with the Web Self Service. Accounting module will
share arrear details with the Billing and Collection module. Accounting module will
share the information for due consumers with the disconnection and dismantling
module. Collection module will share collection details with the Accounting module
and the Energy Audit module. It will share information regarding payment status
and payment history with the CRM module and Web self-service. The disconnection
module will share the details of disconnected users with the Collection module. CRM
module will share the information regarding App fee and service charges with the
Collection Module. Web Self service module will share information regarding bill
payments and app fee with the collection module.
Information of these modules will be present in the MIS module in the form of
dashboard which will help in decision making.
