SCOTCH AND SODA ON THE SIDE (Build)

1 Brandy
oz tonic water
Water

1 part scotch whiskey


2 parts soda water
Lemon peel

Pour the brandy over the ice cubes in a Collins glass and fill Fill rock glass with ice. Pour scotch, and then add soda water.
almost to the top with water. Top off with the tonic water & Garnish with twisted lemon peel.

BOURBON COLA ON THE SIDE (Build)
GIN TONIC ON THE SIDE (Build & Stir)
1 oz bourbon whiskey
Coke to top

1 gin
5 oz tonic water
Fresh lime wedge

Fill rock glass with ice. Add bourbon whiskey and top up/fill
with coke.
Fill highball glass with ice. Add gin then pour in tonic water.
Squeeze lime wedge. Stir. Garnish with lime wedge
CANADIAN CLUB/DRY ON THE SIDE (Build)
1 part Canadian club whiskey 6YO
Ginger Ale
Fill rock glass with ice. Pour Canadian Club 6YO over ice and
top up with the desired amount of ginger ale. Can be
garnished with lime wedge.

1 oz gin
oz dry vermouth
1 olive

1 oz gin

2 cocktail onion

Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into
a cocktail glass, add the olive and serve

MANHATTAN (Stir & Strain)


oz sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 twist orange peel
2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 maraschino cherry
Combine the vermouth, bourbon whiskey, and bitters with 2 3 ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir gently, dont bruise the
spirits and cloud the drink. Place the cherry in a chilled cocktail glass and strain the whiskey mixture over the cherry. Rub
the cut edge of the orange peel over the rim of the glass and twist it over the drink to release the oil but dont drop it in.

1.25 oz vodka
0.25 oz triple sec
1 oz cranberry juice
1 lemon twist
Chill first the ice, in a shaker with, add vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish

1 oz brandy
1 oz dark crme de cacao
jigger cream (evaporated)
tspn grated nutmeg
In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, crme de cacao and cream, and shake it well. Strain into a cocktail
glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Light cream
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in old fashioned glass. Float with a light cream on top.

1 oz Galliano (herbal liqueur)
2 oz white cream de cacao
1 oz light cream
Chill martini glass. Put ice in cocktail shaker. Add Galliano, crme de cacao and light cream. Shake briskly. Pour in cocktail
glass. Can garnish with dashes of cocoa or coffee powder.

HARVEY WALLBANGER
1 measure vodka
3 measure orange juice
To float Galliano (herbal liqueur)
Ice
Shake the vodka and orange juice and pour over ice in a Collins Glass. Carefully float a table spoon, (or more, if you prefer)
of Galliano Liqueur on top.

MOJITO
1.25 oz white rum
12 pcs. Mint leaves
1 tsbp sugar or oz simple syrup
4 lime wedges or fresh lime juice
Soda to top

Slice lime in half, cut the other half into four equal wedge. Put into the rock glass. Place mint leaves in a glass and
simple syrup. Muddle to release oils and juice. Make sure not to over muddle. Put ice and top with soda.gra

Put mint leaves in a rock glass, and add simple syrup and fresh lime juice. Muddle gently. Put Ice. Pour in white rum
top with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wheel.

TEQUILA SUNRISE
1 jigger tequila
Orange juice
2 dashes of grenadine syrup
Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine syrup by tilting glass and pouring
grenadine downside by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then
rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.

CAIPIRINHA
2 tsp granulated Sugar
8 lime wedges
2 oz cachaa (Brazilian Rum)
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the Cachaca into the
glass. Stir well.

2 jigger pineapple juice
2 jigger orange juice

cup watermelon juice

Mix pineapple juice, mango, orange and watermelon, all chilled in ice. (Add vodka for alcoholic version). Serve with a tall
glass or Collins glass with cherry on top of freshly cut oranges and a straw.

1 jigger vodka
4 jigger tomato juice
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash fresh lemon juice
1 dash of tabasco sauce
Dash of salt & pepper
Ice cubes
Celery stalk
Add vodka, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, tabasco sauce and salt and pepper in a shaker with
ice. Shake briskly. Pour in a Collins Glass, garnish with celery stalk with straw.

2 jigger gin
1 jigger lemon juice
1 jigger simple syrup
3 jigger club soda
1 Slice of orange and cherry
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake briskly. Strain into a Collins glass
almost filled with ice cube. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and slice of orange.

glass.

jigger simple syrup
slice ripe mango
Put all the ingredients in a blender at a high speed. Pour it in a Coupette/champagne glass.

FROZEN DIAQUIRI
1 jigger light rum
1 jigger triple sec
1 lime juice
1 jigger simple syrup
1 cherry
1 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in blender in a low speed for five seconds, then, blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into
a champagne flute, top with cherry.
