Sekilas Surat Rekomendasi

Dalam proses memperoleh beasiswa, salah satu elemen terpenting yang dapat menentukan apakah kita
akan mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut atau tidak adalah Surat Rekomendasi atau Letter of
Recommendation. Kita bisa memperoleh Surat Rekomendasi ini dari dosen, professor, maupun atasan di
kantor.
Beberapa jenis beasiswa menyediakan formulir khusus yang harus diisi oleh pemberi rekomenddasi,
namun beberapa beasiswa tidak memberikan batasan terhadap isi surat rekomendasi tersebut.
Usahakan untuk meminta surat rekomendasi dari orang yang mengenal kita dengan baik dan akan
memberikan kesan baik dalam surat rekomendasinya.
Pada umumnya panitia penyelenggara beasiswa megharapkan surat rekomendasi yang rahasia dan
disegel. Namun,
un, ketika kita meminta surat rekomendasi, bukan tiddak mungkin kita akan diminta
mempersiapkan surat tersebut sendiri dan pihak pemberi rekomendasi cukup membubuhkan tanda
tangan atau cap stempel.
