Mechanical Design of all types of Static Equipment like Pressure Vessels / Columns /
Reactors to specified codes using Softwares like PV Elite 2008 and Compress.
Mechanical Design of Heat Exchangers as per TEMA Class R and as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1
Part UHX using Aspen HTFS + 2004.2 by Aspen tech.(Built 6-Apr-2006) and PVElite-2008.
Analysis of stresses induced in the shell/Nozzle junction due to the Nozzle loads as per
WRC 107 /WRC 297 using Codecalc.
Analysis of Fixed and Floating tube sheets using Codecalc.
Checking and approval of General Arrangement Drawings, Nozzle Detail drawings and
other structural drawings.
Preparing/Checking/Approval of Technical Delivery Conditions for special material like HIC
NACE Requirements/Duplex Stainless Steel (UNS 31803).

and getting the Design calculations certified by AI for all the coded jobs.
Communicating with the Professional Engineer for any technical clarifications for the Div.2
Jobs and getting the UDS and MDR certified by PE, which was mandatory for Div.2 Jobs.
