For domain accounts, there can be only one account policy. The
account policy must be defined in the Default Domain policy and
is enforced by the domain controllers that make up the domain.
A domain controller always obtains the account policy from the
Default Domain Policy Group Policy object, even if there is a
different account policy applied to the organizational unit that
contains the domain controller
Perform the following steps to set the password policy.
1. Go to Start>Programs>Administrative Tools and select

Preliminary
Setup
Cluster mode
In this mode, all the disks combine to make one big disk and
then divided into two partitions.
Two servers are identified as server A and server B.
To configure the disk array to the Cluster mode, check the
following items:
188
189
ii. Move the cursor to RAID, and press ENTER to open the
Define RAID Level dialog box.
iii. Select RAID 5 and press ENTER to confirm.
iv. Move cursor to ACCEPT, and press ENTER to confirm.
v. Press ENTER, and the system displays Save
Configuration prompt box. Select YES to save the
configuration.
Note: While using the RAID 1+0 mode, set SPAN to CANSPAN,
to span multiple disk groups into one logical drive. Set to
NOSPAN to create multiple logical drives.

Procedure
The partition creation procedure for the disk array in the Cluster
mode is the same as that for the disk array in the Separate
mode. Create two partitions of similar sizes (primary and
secondary) in Step 3. For details, see section Separate Mode
Configuration.
Caution: Create two partitions and format them into NTFS, and
then specify different volume labels for them (for example,
OMCR and OMCS), so that the two servers use two different
partitions.

OMM server communicates with BSC, as well as with the upperlevel NMC/LNMC. When BSC and NMC/LNMC IP addresses are on
different network segments, the OMM server has one IP address
for each of them.
Configure two IP addresses whether the OMM server has one or
dual network cards. However, IP address of NMC/LNMC network
segment acts as the primary IP address, and that of BSC
network segment as the secondary IP address of OMM server.
Perform the following procedure to check the Primary and
Secondary IP addresses.
