0 Preamble
The course is intended to give students insight on how organizations are expected to
be run under Christian centered management. It focuses on the importance of good
Christian values and practices which will shape the business management processes.
2.0 Aims
This course will provide students with knowledge of Christian centered management
that will help in meeting organizational objectives. The module will help learners to
understand Christian values and principles which were used by different leaders in the
Bible which can be used by current business leaders to understand and improve their
operations.
3.0 Course objectives
What is Christian leadership? Who is a leader? The Christian Leadership course at
RCU is designed to help those involved in various areas of Christian leadership and
ministry to be better equipped to take on the wide variety of challenges and
opportunities leadership provides. Students will be led through the foundational
aspects and implications of leadership, and encouraged to explore and reflect on the
many dimensions Christian leadership encompasses and challenged to find ways of
applying what they learn to their own areas of service to God and his people.
