PLEASE, READ THIS

There is little time left now to our gathering and we are so looking forward to meeting you all and experiencing your music.
This email is about some practical details for you, so things will go smoother during your visit to the woods.

- PICKUP
You will receive a email before your departure about when and by whom you will be picked up by at the airport.
We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for you, in relation to our pickup schedule.

- TICKETS
We have emailed all the flight tickets to you. Is there anybody who is missing their tickets? If so, reply to us as soon as possible.
And for those flying with RYAN AIR. As you know, you must check-in online AT LEAST four hours before your flight and print your tickets
your selfs. Please, do not forget this - because as we all know, Ryan Air is a cheap-bastard-airline and not well known for their flexibility on
this - or any other issue.
- FOOD/REFRESHMENTS
All of you will receive two food tickets per day during your stay at the location.
What we provide is vegetarian food. Together with one "fika-ticket", which means a sandwich/snack.
Concerning alcohol and refreshments you have right to two free beers and refreshments per day, and when you play there will be a fridge on
stage where you can supply your selfs with in reason during your sets.
When it comes to coffee/tea it is two per day as well, and we can guarantee some high quality espresso for those drinking coffee.
All of you will receive these tickets once you arrive at the Info Point. Besides of what we can provide you with, there will be restaurants, cafs
and a smaller bar where you can supply your selfs during your stay.

- WHEN ON LOCATION
The driver who picks you up will escort you to our Info Point where we will take care of you.

- SLEEPING SITUATION
When you are at the Info Point we will show you where to sleep during your stay at the location. We will provide you with what you need in
respect to our agreements. If you have checked-in luggage in your flight tickets, bring what you can with you to make it extra cosy in the
forest.

- LOCATION CONDITIONS
We have a beautiful and perfect spot for our gathering, though there are some things that could make your experience better.
Make sure you bring warm clothes with you, and also something to protect you from the rain - just in case.
GOOD SHOES, or even better BOOTS to keep your feats dry and warm, when you don't go bare foot. :)
The location is surrounded by some smaller lakes and as beautiful as it is, we also have the company by our dear friends the MOSQUITOS.
We will have some protection with us already, but if you can - bring your own!

- FEES AND PAYMENT

We will inform you about this, in relation to our agreements, once you have arrived at the Info Point. The payment is in Swedish Krona, SEK,
and you can easily change this at the airport on your way back to your preferred currency.

- RETURN TO THE AIRPORT

When your arrive at the location and to the Info Point you will receive information when you need to be ready for departure back to the
airport. All of you will be driven back with good marginal to make it in time.
