Chapter III: Requirement Analysis

A. Title
Structured Cabling and Network Topology of SPi Global - Paraaque Branch

B. Objectives
* To examine the flow of the companys network system.
* To study the type of the cabling installation the company used in their
networking equipments and how the company presented it.
* To determine the applications their networks support and the considerations
regarding the transmission of the data.
* To determine what the company used as an effective network topology.
* To gain information about how the system of a company works in relation to
the course of the researchers.

C. Scope and Limitations

This research determines the companys network infrastructure, its presented
cabling installation and IT support facilities. The scope area of the study is SPi
Global Company - Paraaque Branch which is located in SPi Building, Pascor
Drive, Sto. Nio Paraaque City 1700 Philippines. Initial study was done on the
25th of June, proceeded on the 15th of July, on the same year, 2016 with five
employees participant involved.

D. Users and Beneficiaries

The employees of the said company are considered the network users who
provide the best services and technology - driven solutions to their main
beneficiaries, the customers. In addition, this research will also benefit the future
researchers by providing pieces of information that result to the present
researchers conclusions, in relation to the structured cabling system and course
of study material.
