Introduction:
BookShop is a main thing in towns so people can reach the
information with the main reference. The book shop contain from
books for different majors and sections. At this semester weve
learned how the information system is useful for any organization, so
Dr.syed Naqvi has franchise a task to make a project with several
topics and weve choose the Bookshop because it information system
is very complicated and useful .
We did our task on the (Microsoft Access), by making tables with
including data in it for example (ID, DATA TYPE, DESCRIPTION).
Furthermore, heading to making some relationships with the tables

Main body:
First, we managed to make 6 tables containing:
1-Books Table :
It includes the name of the books and
the author name and the quality of
the books and the type of it and the
cost.
2-Customer Table.
This tables includes the name and
the last name of customers and
their numbers with the gender of
the customer with their emails to
contact them.

4-Deliviring (shipping)
Table:
In this table includes the
shipment ID with the customer
ID, with item Number, Book ID, Employee ID.
6 Stuff Table
In this table it includes the Stuff ID, with the name of the Stuff with
the contact number, age, his address and his salary.

3- In this query made a search engine for the customers ID you wish to
search for.

This form is the main page of our project because it includes all
the information that we work on it in a buttons way which
allows us to show each query, form and report; and to make it
.easy for the user to reach the data by a press of button

Conclusion:
In conclusion, this reports talked about information
system and the benefits of creating a database system
using Microsoft access and how it presents information.
Limitations:
This database system was tested on windows 7 and on
Microsoft office 2010.
