HISTORY
1930-Argentina has been ruled by series of military juntas, provisional government and
dictators.
1949-The Constitution of 1853 was replaced by Juan Peron or Peronist Constitution
1955-The Constitution of 1853 was reinstated
1976-A military juntas took power and made changes on the laws.
1983-Argentina restored democracy

Judicial Branch
The nation is divided into judicial districts each with at least one judge
The judges of all other courts are appointed by the Council of Magistrates of the Nation
They have 5 Federal Courts located in Buenos Aires, La Plata, Rosario, Cordoba, Parana.
