1. Mobile app for leading bank in London, UK:
This is first mobile application for the bank in Mortgage space. We are developing a mobile
application that allows smartphones (iOS and Android) users to download and use a property
search application. It allows bank to be involved in all the stages of customer journey of
acquiring a mortgage from as early as finding a house to managing the money and finding an
advisor who can help make it their home.

2. Leading bank in UK:
Bank had engaged Cognizant for the Know Your Customer (KYC) application for UK. This is a
time-critical program and it is designed & developed keeping in view the global roll-out
planned by Bank. This program is executed in Agile Scrum model. The program is
executed from multiple locations London, UK, and Pune, Gurgaon and Kolkata, India.
Cognizant is also managing the Capital & Liquidity Management programs. This is a cocreation program with resources from client and other vendors. It is being execute from 2

1. Website Redesign for a leading Bank in US:
Client ranks among the global leaders in corporate banking and securities, transaction banking,
asset management, and private wealth management. Redesign project includes the integration
of different bank sites into single domain and providing a better authoring solution. A new
Endeca search solution also delivered to Search through the site.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master was responsible for Release Planning, Iteration Scoping, Iteration
Delivery, Team sizing, Tracking milestones aligned to changing business parameters and
making sure that the team members work only on what is really required and value add
to the customers.
2. Credit card processing and payment system for a leading Bank in US:
Credit Card Business Services system CCBS, is a set of Java/JRules/SOA based business
web services, providing real time interfaces to the FDR for processing credit cards activities for
different channels including Internet, Phone Banking and Stores. As part of the project we
migrated CCBS ILog JRules based business rules to simple Java Objects, to save on high
ILog licensing and upgrades costs and to lower total cost of ownership.

Role:
This was the first Engagement started with the client.
Was responsible for the overall Delivery & Management.
Developed and delivered an Eclipse plug-in along with the help of team members to
facilitate code generation according to CCBS framework, which has helped the team
expedite this project and improved the productivity by 20%.
Team received an ELF of 6.5/7.
Coded Business Mangers, Request handlers, Mappers for 10 different operations.
3. Retail Credit fulfillment System (RCF) for a leading Bank in US: In Retail Credit
Fulfillment processing, decisioners from across RCF use a series of cumbersome manual
macros for editing data and re-keying information into Application Handler (AH), a loan
origination system We upgraded these RCF, Macros to a new Web-Based Platform to increase
productivity and lower operating costs by automating the process.

2. Photo book maker for a Sweden client:
The project was a product based and Java was embedded into the VC++ application which
enables to embed all the documents and the jpeg images into a bundle which is similar to the
book, After completion of the creation of the book, the user uses the java application to
complete the process which enables the user to calculate the price of that book and
successfully pay the same to the bank and finally upload the file to the server.
