Artificial Intelligence

The melting of ice caps because of the greenhouse gases flooded the coastlines,
wiping out cities and reducing the human population. The cybertronics created a new
class of robots called mecha, advanced human-like robots capable of emulating
thoughts and emotions. The robots could also do specific tasks they are programmed
for. There is one robot named David, a prototype model, is designed to look like a
human child to show love for its owner. They test their robot with one of their
employees, Henry, and his wife, Monica. Their son, Martin, had been placed in a
cryogenic chamber until a cure could be found for his rare disease. At first, Monica and
Henry argued about David. Monica thought that David would replace their son. Initially
frightened of David, Monica eventually activated his imprinting protocol, which no
irreversibility and causes David to have a genuine love for her. Now, David calls Monica
as Mom. Because of this, Monica gave David a robotic teddy bear owned by his son,
who takes it upon himself to care for Davids as his new owner.

Suddenly a cure is found for Martin and he is brought home, as he recovers, he

does not want a sibling so he makes move to cause issues for David. First, Martin told
David to do a secret mission and in return Martin will tell Monica that he loves his new
brother, making her to love him more. The secret mission is to sneak into Monica in the
middle of the night and cut off a lock of her hair. As Monica opened her eyes, she saw
David pointing the scissor. Henry was so upset and almost broke David. Henry thought
that the scissors are a weapon, and warns Monica that a robot programmed to love may
also be able to hate. At a pool party, Martins friends was amazed because they never
seen a child-like mecha. One of his friends pokes David with a knife. This causes David
to grab Martin, apparently for protection, but they both fall into the pool. David sinks to
the bottom while still holding Martin. Martin is saved from drowning, while David is still at
the bottom. Henry mistakes Davids fear during the pool incident as hate for Martin.
After the incident, Henry persuades Monica to return David to Cybertronics, where he
will be destroyed. However, Monica cant do this and, instead, she abandons David in
the forest with teddy to hide as an unregistered mecha. Before Monica leaves, she told
David to stay away from humans and warned about the anti-mecha Flesh Fair, where
unregistered mecha were destroyed for entertainment.David saw many unregistered
and damaged mecha in the forest collecting functional body parts. David and fellow
mecha was captured for Flesh Fair. David was nearly killed, but one of their staff
thought David that he was a real boy. But another staff insisted that he was not one. So
he brought David in front of the crowd, and told them that the cybertronics was creating
a child-like robot to replace their children, but the crowd persuaded by his fear. One of

the crowds told the staff that mecha do not plea for their lives and so convincing all of
them that he is a human. David escaped with Joe, a prostitute mecha. David is
searching for the Blue Fairy, which he remembers from the story Pinocchio. He believes
that the Blue Fairy could transform him into a human boy, so that Monica will love and
take him home. Joe and David make their way to Rouge City. Joe told David that there
are many women there and he might find the Blue Fairy. But they didnt find her. They
go to Dr.Know, a holographic answering robot and asked everything about the Blue
Fairy. Eventually they got all the information needed then they go to Manhattan. There,
David meets an identical copy of himself and believing that he is not unique, becomes
filled with anger and destroys his duplicate. David then meets his creator, Professor
Allen Hobby, who tells David that finding him was a test, which has demonstrated the
reality of his love and desire. David then found out that he has many copy aong with a
female version mecha and he realizes that he is not one of a kind. So David attempts to
commit suicide by falling deep into the ocean, but Joe saves him. David tells Joe that he
saw the Blue Fairy and he wants to go down to her. Suddenly Joe was captured. David
and Teddy submerged with the helicopter-submarine vehicle and they saw the Blue
Fairy which is a human-size statue. Both of them trapped when the Ferris wheel falls on
their vehicle. David keeps on wishing to the Blue-Fairy until the ocean freezes draining
his power source. Two thousand years later, humans are extinct and the only remaining
remnant of humans is David. They revived him and he ran towards the Blue Fairy. He
holds her tightly and she broke into pieces. The aliens have invaded the planet. The
aliens are on their project to study humans. Believing it was the key to understanding
the meaning of existence. The aliens was viewing his memories then the aliens creates
their house and so as the Blue Fairy and told David that it is impossible to make him a
real boy. So the aliens reincarnate Monica from the DNA of her hair kept by Teddy. One
of the aliens told David that Monica can live for one day and the process cannot be
repeated. Monica and David enjoyed the whole day. Then they sleep together
