This position offered is of a Business Associate who is sequentially trained in ALL areas, viz 1) Branding/ Advertising/ Promotions
2) Team Training & Team Development

3) Operations and Administrative Principles

4) Finance, Accounting & Budgeting
NOTE # Training in all the above mentioned four areas will be COMPULSORY...! During the training, the
candidate will be paid. This is an ON-THE-JOB TRAINING....!
On completion of the training, the candidate is promoted as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(BDM) to run a branch office for us with a 20 to 25 member team.
We have 19 openings for our CHENNAI MAIN OFFICE operations, with an opportunity to grow and get
promoted into Business Management for the more ambitious.

Age Limit: 21 to 27 yrs.
EARNING POTENTIAL:
INR 18,000 to INR 24,000 per month during the TRAINING PERIOD...!
DRESS CODE:
----> FORMAL ATTIRE IS MUST for male candidates. Female candidates can wear salwar-kameez/
chudidaar.
----> NO SLIPPERS AND CASUALS ( For Male candidates) !!!!
