ACE Manpower Agency is a recruitment agency that offers services to companies
that need manpower. They are committed to give excellent service, quality staffing and
competitive pricing. Staffing needs are adequately met to complete customer satisfaction.
The agency will offer initial customer contact and proposal presentation to come up with
the best terms and conditions of contract.

PROJECT SITE
The business will be located along MG Building, Gov. Drive, Langkaan II,
Dasmarias, Cavite. The place is accessible to potential applicants who would like to
apply to companies. It is a strategic move for the agency since it is near FCIE and along
the highway.
The project site is provided with electricity, water supply, internet connection and
telephone lines.
Lease
ACE Manpower agency will enter to contract with MG Building wherein the
monthly rental is Php 7,500. Contract will be renewable for a year. Increase will be based
on the owners will. It will be acquired through payment of one month advance and, two
months deposit, water deposit of Php 2,500 and electric deposit of Php 3,500 and a notary
fee of Php 4,000.
Leasehold Improvement

The place will be renovated to further utilize the place. There will be a budget for
the renovation of walls, floors, ceilings and electrical wirings.

PROJECT LAYOUT
The office has a lot are of 40 square meters (5m by 8m). It consists of nine areas.
Upon entering the main entrance door, the right is designated for the recruitment staff. At
the other end of the recruitment staff area is the lobby. Passing through the corridor, the
area to the right is composed of the payroll office, agency directors office, and the filing
room respectively. On the opposite side, the area is composed of the recruitment
managers office, account managers office, kitchen, and the comfort room. The floor
area will be allocated as follows:

Functions of Each Partition
1. Lobby

This area is where applicants will be entertained. All forms and documents
to be filled up will be done in this area. There are chairs and tables provided for
ease of completing necessary documents.
2. Recruitment and Selection Department
This area is where all documents of applicants will be processed for
screening and interview.
3. Payroll Department
This department is the area where payroll processing will occur.
4. Agency Director Room
This is where the agency director will process all the papers and approve
all the decisions of the agency.
5. Recruitment Manager Room
This area is where the manager will approve all and assess the screened
applicants by the recruitment staff which consists of the recruitment specialist and
staffing specialist.
6. Account Manager
This area is where the account manager will double check all the
computations done by the payroll staff.
7. Filing Room
The room is the storage of all the files of the agency. Everything is organized
and well documented. It is where resumes and other documents are stored for safety
keeping.
8. Comfort Room
This room is for sanitary purposes of the employees of the agency.
9. Small Kitchen
This will provide as the place where employees could eat during lunch
time and breaks.

PRODUCTION
Pre-operation
Supplies, machineries and equipment will be purchased at SM City Dasmarias
that will be used in the business. Furniture and fixtures will be purchased from Trece
Martires City. It will be purchased 5 months before the operation.

Production Process
Recruitment and Deployment of personnel
a. Sourcing of manpower - This is the first phase of the manpower agency wherein
the recruitment staff will be posting job advertisements to different places to look
for necessary potential applicants.
b. Interviewing and Screening Applicants In this part, applicants will be screened
and interviewed based on the resumes they delivered to the recruitment staff.
Necessary documents will be produced by the applicants such as resume, medical
result, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth and other government forms.
c. Job orientation The orientation process is essential before an applicant will be
endorsed to their employer. Rules and regulations of the company will be
promulgated to them.
d. Endorsement to Client After the orientation, it is the time to endorse the
applicant to the client.
e. Deployment and Assessment This part deals with the placement of the applicant
to the job they are applying for. The evaluation of the newly hired employee will
be based on the time they consumed in the work place since the agency will be the

one who will process the payroll system. They should forward their daily time
records three days before the pay day to ensure that they will be processed.
f. Payment Payment will be done based on the agreed contract of the agency and
the client.

Purchase of Direct Materials


Direct materials purchasing deals with purchases of materials required to produce
an end product. The direct materials required for a product vary with the industry as well
as purchasing constraints. Some producers may require cash or credit at the time of sale;
others will set terms for repayment.
In the first month of operation, purchase of materials will be made on a weekly
basis. On the succeeding months, materials will be purchased during the end of the
month. This will be made and done through phone calls and direct purchase.

MANPOWER REQUIREMENT
ACE Manpower Agency consists of ten employees: one agency director, two
managers, two payroll assistants, one liaison officer, two recruitment specialists and two
staffing specialists. Cleaning and maintenance services will be outsourced.

UTILITIES
Electric supply is needed by the agency. This will be used to operate machines
and equipment to render services. The electricity will be provided by MERALCO
Dasmarias.
Water supply is needed for sanitation and it will be supplied by Dasmarias Water
District. PLDT will supply the internet connection and telephone lines.

WASTE AND WASTE DISPOSAL MANAGEMENT


ACE Manpower Agency will be produce wastes such as used papers. Each
department and rooms will be having trash cans. The agency will have two separate trash
cans for biodegradable and non-biodegradable. All litters will be properly disposed upon
the collection of the sanitary personnel in every afternoon.
