(Hereinafter referred as the Lender which expression shall unless
excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to include its
successors and assigns)
The Executants had deposited the documents of title deeds relating to his
property with the M/s. GIC Housing Finance Ltd. On 24-02-2016 more fully
described in Schedule A with intent to create an equitable mortgage by
way of deposit of title deeds in favour of the M/s. GIC Housing Finance Ltd.,
over the property to which the documents relates to and more fully
described in Schedule B for the purpose of securing repayment to the M/s
GIC Housing Finance Ltd., of the all amounts owing to the M/s. GIC Housing
Finance Ltd. under advances made and to be made to Mrs. K. LALITHA,
daughter of Mr. N. Krishnamoorthy, by way of a loan not exceeding
Rs.
