1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Invasion Hub is the trading name of Invasion Businesss Ltd, Company
Number 10046669 whose registered office is Unit 5, The Foundry, Ordsall Lane, Salford
M5 3HP
1.2 These terms (Terms) set out the basis of your membership and how you may use
the premises listed on InvasionHub.com (Premises).
1.3 These Terms apply to members, guests of members and any non-members who
use the private rooms available at the Premises.
1.4 We may vary these Terms from time to time. We will let you know if we do.
2. MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Your membership allows you to use the Premises and associated facilities under
these Terms and the specific restrictions in your membership.
2.2 You cannot use the Premises for longer than is allowed under your membership
type if you do so consistently you will be charged the higher tariff.
2.3 You cannot use the Premises if your membership expires, is suspended or
terminated.
2.4 Individual memberships cannot be transferred to or shared with somebody else.
2.5 We are keen to make useful introductions for you and your business with our
other members and contacts (Connections), but please note that we do not check
or investigate such Connections and we make no representations or promises about
them. You are responsible for any actions you take with any Connections.
3. USE OF PREMISES
3.1 Premises are currently open 12 hours a day 7 days a week. We will let you know
if this changes.
3.2 You must have your membership card or other proof of your membership with
you if you want to use the Premises. If you lose your membership card, we will
charge you 5.00 for a replacement.
3.3 Whilst you are in the Premises, you may not:
3.3.1 reserve tables and chairs (e.g. by leaving papers, coats bags etc. on them)
unless this is permitted in your membership type;
3.3.2 leave tables and chairs (and any items on the tables and chairs) unattended
for more than 30 minutes unless this is permitted in your membership type; or
3.3.3 leave your items in places that might be inconvenient for others (we provide
lockers and hangers so please use them!) unless this is permitted in your
membership type.
3.4 Unless your membership allows it, you may not:
3.4.1 use the Premises as your business address or registered office;
3.4.2 direct mail to the Premises; or
3.4.3 use our staff to collect your mail, messages or take your calls.
3.5 You must not:
3.5.1 bring a child under 16 into the Premises who is not accompanied by an adult.
3.6 You must not carry on any betting, gaming or auction sale, or do anything illegal
or offensive, in the Premises.
3.7 Well behaved pets are welcome on our Premises, but we may require you to
take your pet off the Premises if another person at the Premises has a relevant
allergy or otherwise complains.
3.8 If your membership requires, you must clear your desk when you have
finished working.
3.9 We may require you to relocate to another area of the Premises if we need the
space you are using.
3.10 Please be considerate of those around you when making phone calls in the
Premises.
3.11 You must not smoke in the Premises, or in any covered area within the
perimeter of the Premises.
3.12 We may remove you from the Premises if in our opinion you are disrupting,
offending or endangering other people and we reserve the right to cancel your
membership.
3.13 Invasion works hard to find amazing staff. We then nurture, train &
support them to ensure our wonderful members have the best service experience
possible. We also understand that it might be tempting to have our staff work for you
so we have a no poaching clause. Should however the temptation be too much
then and you recruit one of our staff, we reserve the right to charge 50% of their
yearly salary to you as a recruitment fee.
6. FEES
6.1 You are personally responsible for any fees that you owe us.
6.2 You must give us details of your bank account when you become a member. By
becoming a member you give us the authority to take any fees due to us from you
from this bank account.
6.3 All membership fees are to be paid monthly, you must pay this in advance via
Direct Debit. When you first become a member, you must set up a Direct Debit and
pay a fee that covers your use of the Premises from your joining date to your first
Direct Debit payment.
6.4 If a Direct Debit payment to us is rejected, we will attempt to retake the payment
within 7 working days. If the first retake is unsuccessful, we will attempt another
retake within 7 working days. If the second retake is unsuccessful, you must pay the
outstanding payment to us manually as well as any charge and interest due under
these Terms and we may suspend your membership.
6.5 If you pay your membership fee yearly, you must pay this in advance as one
lump sum. Unless you tell us not to, we will automatically renew your membership
and take the relevant payment each year.
6.6 If you do not have a UK bank account you must pay your membership by
standing order, yearly or monthly in advance. You will be responsible for any
international bank charges that you incur in paying your membership fees.
9.2 To enable us to track your membership, we may have to pass the personal
information you provide to us to certain third parties.
9.3 We will only pass your personal information to third parties who are either:
9.3.1 our agents; or
9.3.2 our trusted partners who comply with our data protection requirements.
9.4 You must not use our services to collect any information of our other members or
use our services to send any spam mail.
9.5 We operate CCTV throughout the Premises, except private hire rooms.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 You are liable for any damage caused by you or any of your guests to anything
inside the Premises or to the Premises themselves and may be asked to repay costs.
10.2 Your membership does not create a business tenancy between you and us for
the Premises. We may require you to sign a declaration that excludes certain
aspects of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. If we do this, we will give you a full
explanation as to why this is necessary and provide you with full instructions on how
to sign the declaration and what this means for you.
10.3 Unless caused by our negligence or our breach of our contractual obligations
to you, we are not responsible for death or personal injury of members, guests or
non-members or for loss of or damage to personal property which occurs in the
Premises.
10.4 We have no responsibility to you for:
10.4.1 loss of profits;
10.4.2 loss of business;
10.4.3 depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses;
10.4.4 loss of anticipated savings;
10.4.5 loss of contract;
10.4.6 loss of data; or
10.4.7 any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or damage of any
kind.
10.5 Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12
months before the liability arose.
10.6 You are responsible for any loss that we may suffer as a result of or in
connection with anything you ask us to print.
10.7 All rights in the Invasion Hub logo are our property; you must not use this
without or permission.
10.8 These Terms are governed by and interpreted under English law.
