This CAR 21 is revised and re-issued on the 1st June 2008 and becomes effective
forthwith. This record of revision is intended to be a summarized record of the
major
changes introduced when this CAR 21 was earlier amended.

This CAR 21 has been issued containing regulations for certification of aircraft
and
related products and parts based on the regulations of JAR 21 Amendment 4.

about in ICAO, Annex-8, Amendment 102 (excluding technical procedures) and
requirements for SMS (for Design Organizations) are consolidated into this revis
ion.
