I am working at Navana Furniture Limited (A Sister Concern of NAVANA GROUP) since 30
July, 2008 as Assistant Manager (HR & Admin). I have to lead the HR & Admin department
which includes all HR & Administrative activities.
I worked at Assurance Development Limited as "Executive HR & Administration" since
March 20, 2005 to July 26, 2008. As an Executive-HR & Admin, I had to do execute all
administrative and HR related activities of the organization.

Lead the Human Resource & Administration Department which includes Planning,
recruitment and selection, job posting, performance appraisal, training and development
and maintain personnel records and other HR documents.
Prepare leave schedule, process leave application and monitor staff leaves.
Monitor the employee attendance and take necessary action as per rule.
Carry out the activities related to disciplinary action in line with Bangladesh labor law
2006.
Prepare Appointment letters, interview schedules, meeting minutes, and be in charge of
circulating various notices and instructions around the organizations as deemed
necessary by the Management
Conduct Induction programs to new employees.
Monitor & maintain safe and secure work place; ensure health support of workforce.
Coordinate and conduct job analysis & prepare job description at different levels.
Prepare different types of Notes, Memos, Minutes, Office Order and Office Circular; and
checking various bills & voucher.
Monitor Vehicle management; Controlling and effective utilization of vehicles operation.
Generate daily absence report and reconcile with leave applications on a monthly basis
Prepare and update the salary state for increment or any other compensation
management, prepare Payroll for employees salary
Maintain asset register for all office uses equipment & repair them whenever it required.
