The New Year is a celebration to mark the following


calendar year, depending on the type of calendar used. The
most common is that of January 1, the Gregorian calendar,
which was introduced by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582, and
is used in most countries.

The Groundhog Day is a folk method used by farmers,


especially the United States and Canada, to predict the
end of winter, based on the behavior of the animal
when it leaves hibernation on February 2.
According to the belief, if the groundhog coming out of
its burrow not see his shadow, being a cloudy day, it will
leave the burrow, which means that winter will end
soon. If, however, being a sunny day, groundhog "sees
his shadow" and crawls back into its hole, it means that winter will last
six weeks more.1
The Groundhog Day (approximately) said half the period between the
winter solstice and the spring equinox (similar to Halloween, pointing half
of the period between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice) .

The Independence Day of the United States, (Independence Day or the

is usually celebrated with many outdoor activities such as
parades, baseball games and fireworks. It is the traditional
date several motor racing, including the Firecracker 400 NASCAR Cup
Series at Daytona, the Grand Prix of Cleveland Champ Car series and the
Watkins Glen Grand Prix IndyCar Series.

This fruit is definitely a favorite summer and therefore has its own
