2. The Objective for which the company is established are:
a) To carry on the business of communication equipments radio mobile, automatic switch over for
generator, rewinding of generator & electric motors & electronics panel solar power, inverter
installation welding machine, spot washing machine ovum machine construction and electrical
installations works.
b) To import, export, manufacture, assembly, distribute, supply, render services, sell and retail all
brands of goods and engage in general merchandise/services.
c) To sale, service and distribute all brands of goods and services particularly testing equipments,
solar Energy and power technology system including solar pump and power, products,
communication/radio DC bulb, solar handset charger, solar tools, boxes, AC-DC inverters and
batteries/chargers, digital multi-meter, oscilloscope DC Power supply, solar energy power
technology parts and accessories.
d) To carry on business as solar Energy and power technology products and to engage in any or all
aspects of the solar system and power technology appliances or industry whether in the area of
manufacturing, trading and the provision of services or otherwise.
e) To engage in the business of electrical & electronics products, building materials, provision
stores, household equipment, technical tools/appliances &industrial machines, generators, motor
vehicles/motor cycle and spare parts, supermarkets, food stuff,
stationeries, bakery materials, clothing, telecom appliances and beverages.
