    Field Description

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field contains the First Name of the person

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field contains the Last Name of the Person

    Alpha-Numeric

    This is the free text where it may be needed for a id which will be
    attached with the person.

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field allows the person to type in their address

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field is the additional field for address

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field allows the person to type in their city name.

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field is used for the district name.

    Numeric

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field is used for the Telephone number fo the person.

    This field is used for the Email address of the person.

    This is used to make the given address as the primary contact


    address or not by checking or unchecking the check box.
    This field is used to select the status i.e Active, Inactive or Test
    Status.
    The year of Birth can be selected from the built-in calender.
    This is used to select the gender from the drop down list.

    This allows to select from different options like Divorced, Married,


    Single or Widowed.

    This is used to select the relation of the person from the


    predefined list as Child, Employee, Manager, Owner, Partner or
    Relative.

    This field allows the user to select the type of stay of the person
    i.e either On the Farm or Outside the Farm.

    This field allows the person to select the type of work such as
    Does not work on coffee, Partially work on Coffee or Work on
    Coffee.

    This field allows the person to select from two options i.e. Yes or
    No.

    Numeric

    This field allows the user to type in the year.

    This field allows the user to select the level of education from the
    predefined list such as None, Primary, Secondary or University.

    Numeric

    This field allows the person to type in the year.

    Alpha-Numeric

    This field is used to add some extra information about the


    person.

    Business Logic

    The telephone number should start


    with +(country code) then followed by
    the number.

    The Email address should be of specific


    format as username@domain.com
