bid/Cover, failing to which the offer is liable for rejection/ignore (at UGVCL
discretion) without entering in to correspondence thereof.

Manufacturers as well as Authorized Distributors / Authorized Dealers can

participate in this tender.
In case of offered by Authorized dealer / distributor
Authorized dealership / distribution ship letter duly authenticated and
notarized from the OEM / Manufacturer of the tendered item to be kept in
Technical bid/Cover.
Guarantee / Warrantee certificate from OEM / Manufacturer of the
tendered item to be kept in Technical bid/Cover.
Undertaking of manufacturer of tendered item on non judicial stamp of
Rs.100/-(duly notarized), regarding technical, commercial, financial back
up of manufacturer and assurance of services after sale, to be kept in
Technical bid/Cover.

specification from IRMRA, Thane (Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research
