6) If there are statutory changes in taxes & duties, the difference between actual & rate charged
shall be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery or demand notice to MTAB by the tax authorities at a
later date.
Our scope of supply involves part of manufacturing items, trading items, and services. As per the
statutory requirement we need raise to separate Invoice on the above headings. A separate
Commercial Invoice of the total amount of order shall be raised in our letterhead giving reference of
Excise, trading & Service tax invoices.

TO PAY BASIS or to be borne by the enduser/ dealer

6-8 Weeks
Necessary documents to be provided for dispatch of the equipments:
Road permit if applicable
Entry Tax exemption certificate is applicable
FORM 16 if applicable
To be placed on MTAB ENGINEERS PVT. LTD
Payment should be made in favor of MTAB ENGINEERS PVT. LTD
50% advance along with order &
50% against inspection at our works/against documents through bank before despatch
Commissioning of the equipment is possible by your Engineer.
If Our Application Engineer is required - Charges are Rs. 8,500/- per equipment per day .

TRAINING

Order Cancellation

Service Tax ( if applicable ) will be levied

All travel and stay related expenses are to be borne by the Customer
Charges for certified course will be Rs. 5,000/- per training per equipment for 3 days
Service Tax ( if applicable ) will be levied
All travel and stay related expenses are to be borne by the Customer
(i) Order cancellation is not acceptable without mutual agreement
(ii) On mutual agreement order cancellation is accepted, following cancellation charges will
be adjusted and balance will be released.
Cancellation Within 2 weeks 10% of the total order value will be levied as
Cancellation charges
Cancellation Within 2-4 weeks 25% of the total order value will be levied as
Cancellation charges
Cancellation after 4 weeks Will not be accepted

Goods Acceptance

The goods to be received by the customer should acknowledge with signature and seal indication
the condition of the goods. In case of any external damage please indicate the same in the waybill
copy and mark a copy to us. If this is failed by the customer. The supplier (MTAB Engineers PVT ltd) is
not responsible for any damage of the equipment.

WARRANTY

Period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15months from the date of shipment which
ever is earlier for free replacement of parts against return of defective parts due to material defect or
workmanship shall be provided during warranty period

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform hereunder due to floods, riots, strikes,
freight embargoes, acts of God, acts of war or hostilities of any nature, laws or regulations of any
government (whether foreign or domestic, federal, state, county or municipal) or any other similar
cause beyond the reasonable control of the party affected. A party relying on such an event to excuse
its performance hereunder shall, as soon as reasonably possible, notify the other party in writing of
the nature of that event and the prospects for that party's future performance and shall thereafter,
while that event continues, respond promptly and fully in writing to all reasonable requests for
information from the other party relating to that event and those prospects.

Governing Law Jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Region- India. Any
dispute related to or arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of
Indian Administrative region, India in the Courts of Chennai

Part of MTAB'S Continuous development specifications are subject to change without notice
The machine has been built to safety standards of ISO 9001:2008. Only authorized and trained personnel may be allowed to work on the machine. Any
accidents caused during the operation of the machine or by any other means is not the responsibility of MTAB and MTAB in all manners and however
minimal, will not be liable for any damages caused or claimed. The buyer & End user accepts all liabilities and takes complete responsibility for the safe
operation of the machine directly.
