With reference to your letter dated 6 th September 2016, please

find my answers/suggestions and opinion below.

1. I have a good command over English language and posses an excellent

fluency in the English speaking.
2. I make continuous efforts to use various and latest teaching Aids e,g Elearning, PPT etc.
3. New Teaching Aid are used
4. I am proficient with the required basic computer knowledge in the school
and I keep on improving.
5. Interactions with the parents are also done as and when needed. Parents
are called and given necessary feedbacks.
6. The weak students are given more attention and given more of extra work
to improve.
7. I am always involved in all the extra-curricular activities of the school.
8. Interpersonal and interdepartmental communications are always
performed by me and I will try to increase this in coming days.
9. To learn new concepts and to know latest trends trainings are always
organised by the government for teachers and we participate in that.
10.I am always impartial towards all the students.
11.I always try to be punctual and maintain discipline in the school.
12.I always welcome the suggestions for improvement of the school, training
for self-development for upgrading new skills.
13.I am continuously learning more of the computers skills as in mentioned in
the above points.
14.I am taking extra efforts to develop skill development on mass
communication in every activity period.
15.I assure you that I will be regular in coming to school on time.
