PART 1

All bodies have a soul whose nature is sac-chit-ananda.

It is covered with nescience or material emotions and thoughts in
one of the three varieties or modes of material nature.
Steadiness in both heat and cold, happiness and distress and all
material dualities through equanimity of MIND is advised while the
mind is not dealing with transcendtal God.
All the *Meditation Techniques*& other actions given here and also
in other scriptures are aimed at getting the MIND into God, Soul or
Brahman - with every thought, word& action. Gods varieties are
found in His various past or present lilas.
Certain *Qualities matrix* are required to be inculcated to be
transcendtal and torise above material modes thus attaining
equanimity of the mind which results in words and actions pleasing
to God.
Desire Angeror Greed Attachment - Fear are sequential causes
of distress or false happiness. The same sequence is also true for
transcendental or true happiness where all the six senses are God
centric.
The material creation called Mind is by nature fickle and wavering.
One should bring it back to normalcy by alertness and awareness of
every thought.
How should the Mind deal with desires: Who is not disturbed by the incessant flow of desires that enter
like rivers into ocean which is ever being filled but is always still can
alone achieve peace and not the man who strives to satisfy such
desires. One can attain real peace who has given upall desires for
sense gratification.

However, by its inherent nature, mind cannot be desire-less. It is

recommended that one should engage the active organs in work for
pleasure of Vishnu parallelly abiding by all *Qualities matrix* and
safeguarding oneself from sequential enemies. There are four
types of work congruent with ones dominant qualities. Working
with God centric focus is termed as devotional service with varying
degrees of quality of consciousness, emotions and thus sweetness.
Devotional service is needed to overcome the dualities of material
nature and at a mature stage to carry out Gods own work and His
orders.
But, it is recommended that one should rise above the three modes
i.e nothing affects you whatever happens outside (in mind,
thoughts or emotions using determination/will and meditation
techniques along with required Qualities) and you are liberated in
all circumstances and thus become transcendental to the three
modes, its related work. In short, you are above the four types of
nature work.
Where should the Mind be attached for Liberation: One who is taking pleasure in self, illuminated in self, rejoices in
and is satisfied with the self only, fully satiated needs no
performance out of devotional service.
Still such self realized souls and liberated persons work because
God himself works and these souls work only for pleasure of him
and not their personal whims, senses and desires. God works
without attachment/not for fruits, with equanimity and is never
affected by the material modes as though neutral and detached. A
living entity should work in that modus. Such modus is easily
attained if the Mind is attached to God through His pictures, stories
and descriptions as given herewith. The mind attains nature to
which it is focused, so focus it on God in form of personal features,
soul and Brahman or all material creation that is continuously
perceived by senses.

(The preliminary mind training is done by awareness, alertness,

watching breath and subsequently watching thoughts. But basic
goal setting, determination and diversion of sense indulgence
towards God thus leading to rehabilitation or alignment towards
regulative principles is through self effort and intelligence and is a
matter of choice. The process of ashtanga yoga is meant for this
purpose. Advanced practice of ashtanga-yoga results in dawn of
knowledge like samkhya philosophy already given by kapila muni,
64 arts, ashta siddhis, panch-mukti and fruits of dharm-arth-kaammoksa are automatically fulfilled as by-product if one is Exclusively
devoted to Him bypassing other modes of worship, other religions,
demi Gods and instructions given by other personalities. The
exclusiveness is same as being unalloyed.
However, there are three purposes for which God descends himself
and he needs souls to carry on those purposes. Thus, somewhere
midway the practice of ashtanga-yoga, God gives a role to a soul to
act for a particular period of time. Examples are Brahma, Manu and
Prajapati ordered for progeny. Obeying by His commands and
instructions and keeping aside personal ego/whims/desires is called
Surrender. Surrender is the first step towards summum- bonum of
a soul Love to God.)
Who lives free from desires: Who has given up all sense of proprietorship (everything is His and
all is situated in Him) and is devoid of false ego (personal demand).
Who has successfully ignored lust, anger and greed which are three
prominent gates to hell. The lust or desire arises from mode of
passion and sits in senses, mind and intelligence. So these three
should be either directed to God externally or controlled by soul
focus internally.
Sambhav: All senses must perceive the sense objects and then the
mind should process sameness and equanimity. The presence of
God or Brahman must be perceived in all dealings by the senses. All
activities must be balanced and not of overdoing any one particular
activity.

*KMT appendix
He who always abides in me with great faith , Worships me in
transcendental loving service, Most intimately united with me in
Yoga , Who sees Me everywhere and sees everything in Me, and is
never lost nor is he ever lost to Me is the perfect yogi.

PART 2
Earth, water, fire, ether, air, intelligence, mind and false ego along
with three material modes are glimpses of external or material
energy of God. The living entities are the marginal energy. Gods
internal, spiritual and transcendental energy in its full potential is
Radha Raniji.
To reach His inside from outside via margin/boundary is achieved
by following part 1. Mind is the only factor that can help evolve or
devolve. Right decisions by the mind using intellect/knowledge
leads to grace of God.
Grace defines the path Inside. The depth of His grace and attention
is directly proportional to ones own endeavor, caliber and
potential to surrender and ones absorption ability infollowing His
instructions/directions inlieu of ones ego, demonic features, etc.
*Roopdhyan meditation of Brahman withindicative listfrom
chapters 7 to 10
Constantly, undeviated, unalloyed, every moment and moment to
moment it is Him and Him alone. This is Devotional service,
meditation.
All that you do, all that you eat, all that you offer and give away, As
well as austerities should be done as an offering unto me. Thus you

will be free from reactions, good and evil deeds and by this
principle of renunciation you will be liberatedand come to Me.
My pure devotees are: Their thoughts dwell in Me,their lives are surrendered to Me, they
derive great satisfaction and bliss enlightening one another and
conversing about Me.
Hierarchy for beginning steps:
1. Fix your mind upon me and engage all your intelligence in mewithout deviation 2. Follow regulated Bhakti Yoga principles
and develop a desire to attain me 3. Try to work for me
because by working for me you will come to the perfect stage
4. Try to act giving up all results of your work and try to be
self-situated 5. Engage yourself in cultivationof knowledge
and Renunciation.
However, Knowledge < meditation< renunciation of fruits of
action. Such renunciation leads to peace of mind.
Those who worship me with devotion, meditating on my
transcendental form, to them I carry what they lack and preserve
what they have. (to them! I do what I want to do)
Homework to Part 2:
In chapters 7 to 12 there are several clauses like ...Dear to me,
my pure devotees, come to Me, rareetc. reflecting
His exclusive likings. List His likings even if they overlap with words
elsewhere in the document. Few samples of answer are given
above.

PART 3
Part three is self help and self check matrix where one is supposed
to mark and rate himself in one of the boxes of the matrix as one is
now at this moment, month or year, then know the
ingredients/characteristics of higher matrix/mode of nature and
finally evolve to mode of goodness/Brahmana/Sanyasa by the
process of thoughts, words and action.

Five great elements, false ego, intelligence, the

unmanifested, the ten senses, the mind, the five sense
objects, desire, hatred, happiness, distress, the aggregate,
the life symptoms, and convictions are the field where an
entity plays a role.
Knowledge is Humility, pridelessness, non violence, tolerance,

approaching a bonafide spiritual master, cleanliness,

steadiness and self control, renunciation of objects of sense
gratification, absence of false ego, perception of evil of birth,
death, old age and disease, non attachment to children, wife,
home and the rest, even mindedness amid pleasant and
unpleasant events, constant and un alloyed devotion to Me,
resorting to solitary places, detachment from general mass
of people, accepting the importance of self realization,
philosophical search for the absolute truth
However, it is to be noted that as given in part 1, the aim is to be
beyond even the mode of goodness (which binds a living entity to
happiness) and be fixed in devotional service in all circumstances,
one thus,at once transcends the mode of material nature and
comes to the level of Brahman.
*Refer the matrix in pdf file from chapter 14 to 18for self-analysis
Conduct of one who is transcendtal to the three modes and the
symptoms of success:

Does not hate illumination, attachment and delusion when they are
present nor longs for them when they disappear. Seated like one
unconcerned, remains firm knowing that modes alone are active.
Regards alike pleasure and pain and looks on a clod, stone, gold
with an equal eye. Who is wise and holds praise and blame to be
same, unchained in honor and dishonor who treats friend and foe
alike, abandoning all fruitive undertakings.
The speed-breaker in overcoming the material modes are the pile
of previous karma, fruitive activities, ego devoid of His lordship and
mindless thoughts, words and actions.
The solution to bypass and overcome furtive activities is: With a weapon of detachment cut the scenes +surrender to God +
seek his place or His eternal kingdom.
One who is free from illusion, false prestige, falls association who
understands the eternal, done with material lust, freed from
duality of happiness and distress and who knows how to
surrender to God attains that eternal kingdom.
To give up results of all activities is called renunciation, that state is
called sanyasa and beginning of devotional service.
