RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the above noted case is pending before this Honble court and is fixed for
today.

2. That the accused is out for urgent reason and is not in position to appear before
this Honble court.
3. That now the council wants to get adjourned the above noted case for next date
of hearing under section 142 (2) if Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
It is, therefore, prayed that the above noted case may kindly be adjourned for
next date of hearing.
