SUBJECT: Notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Dear Sir,

I SIDDHARTH TRIVEDI under due instructions and authority from my Client

MR.DHRUVRAJ BHAVSAR (hereinafter, referred as my Client), hereby serve upon you the
following NOTICE OF DEMAND under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :
1. That you, the NOTICEE is a known person to my Client from college time and were
friends. On such accounts, you have gained the faith and confidence of my client. That
you demanded a friendly loan of 3.5 lakhs (3,50,000) INR in 4 th Year of college 2014-15.
My client obliged you by providing the said sum of money at that time. You agreed to
pay the amount but after cheque was issued of 3.5 lakhs (3,50,000) INR.

2. That, On the time you issued a cheque subsequently for 3.5 lakhs (3,50,000) INR assuring
that the same value and will be honored as and when presented.
3. That when the aforesaid cheque was presented for encashment on the time, by my Client to his
Bank

returned unpaid

by

the Banker with

remarks/reasons "Insufficient fund vides its memo.

4. That you have failed to discharge your liability and attracted criminal prosecution u/s 138 of
N.I. Act, therefore I hereby serve this notice requesting you to pay the remaining amount of
Three Lakh Fifty Thousand (3,50,000) INR along with Bank Charges within FIFTEEN (15) days
from the date of receipt of this notice.
5. That In case I do not receive the money as demanded above, I shall be Constrained to take
legal action against you under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Act no. 26 of
1881) as amended up to date and other relevant laws as applicable in the competent court of law
at your risk, cost and expenses.

THIS NOTICE is given for cause of your default, an amount of 1000 INR should be sent to us
forthwith towards our Professional Charges and other expenses at my above address. Kindly take
a serious note of it.
