many other industries. As people is this industry are highly dependent upon the behaviors of their
managers because in pharmaceutical sales there is a close interaction required to achieve
objectives. Turnover can reduce the efficiency of that organization to achieve its
objectives

For this study questionnaire data collection method will be used.

The proposed questionnaire for this study will be consisted of three different parts that are as

Data Analysis:
Data analysis will be consisted of two major parts, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
Descriptive statistics:
This part of the data analysis will be consisted of Demographics, Frequency Distributions,
Standard Deviations, Averages and Pi Charts Etc.
Inferential statistics:
This part of the data analysis will be consisted of Chi Squares, Co-Relations, Regression, Factor
Analysis and Structure Equation Modeling Techniques etc.
