My respect to our Mayor Hon. Silvestre T.Lumarda, to our vice mayor Hon. Rogelio Pua Jr,
SB Members, religious group headed by Rev. Father Eufemio Gohetia, NGOs/ POs-IMVA,
private sectors, National/ Provincial Employees, Municipal Employees, DepEd Elementary
and Secondary, PNP and BFP, Barangay Officials, ladies and gentlemen good morning!
Today, Inopacanons from all walks of life gathered together to participate the activity that
showed concern for the welfare of the youth especially the out-of-school youth. Helping
the youth by providing them education through scholars and skills training will strengthen
the youths capability and improved the quality of youth in the society in general.
To set this program in mode, may I call on our Brgy. Captain Hon. Florentino Degracia Sr.
