THAT pursuant to Article 49 of the Articles of Association of the Company,

28,900 partly paid Equity shares offace value of Rs. 10/- fRupees Ten OnlyJ each on which
total Rs. 1,44,650/- (Rupees One Lac Forty Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Only) remains
unpaid on account of Share capital ofthe Company, due to failure to pay the balance amount
ofthe allotment money due thereon as per the list ofthe partly paid shares placed before the
Board, duly initialed by the Chairman for the purpose of ldentification be and are hereby
stands forfeited.
RESOLVED

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Shri Kandarp Amin, Chairman and Whole Time Director of the
Company be and is hereby authorized to re-issue or otherwise dispose-offthe said forfeited
shares in compliance ofthe provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing 0bligations
and Disclosure RequirementsJ Regulations, 2015 in the best interest ofthe Company.

THAT M/s. Link lntime India Private Limited, the Registrar and
Transfer Agent (R&TAI of the Company be and is hereby authorized to make the entries in
the register of members for giving effect of Forfeiture of the said forfeited partly paid Equity

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Shri Kandarp Amin, Chairman and Whole-time Director of the
Company, be and is hereby authorised to send necessary communication / information ofthe
forfeiture to the stock Exchanges where the shares ofthe company are listed and to all such

authorities about the decision ofthe Board for forfeiture of above mentioned partly paid up
Equity Shares ofthe Company and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary
to give effect to the above resolution.
