TRAVEL AGENCY AGREEMENT

Terms and Condition
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS PARTNER

For each license granted to the Travel Agency, The Travel

Agency is required to book an average of at least five hundred
thousand pesos (P500, 000.00) worth of services within one year
after the agreement was made in order to renew correspondence
for the following year.
The Travel Agency agrees to disclose and release all
information to the Company, in connection with the reservations
of hotel rooms, in order that the Company may properly credit
the Travel Agency's account, which information shall always be
kept confidential.
The Company reserves the right to revoke this agreement at any
time should any of the terms has been disregarded.
TERM. The Term of this Agreement is for one (1) year as of the
Effective Date and shall automatically be renewed for one (1)
year periods, unless terminated by either party upon 30 days
prior written notice.
ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement and the rights granted hereunder may
not be assigned in whole or in part by the Travel Agency
without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company
may assign this Agreement and the rights granted hereunder to
any third party.
BENEFIT. Travel Agency is entitled with 10% commission for
accommodation; certain services availed.

THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EACH HAS READ ALL THE INFORMATIONS ABOUT
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITION.

Given rates are inclusive of Value Added Taxes, Complimentary breakfast, free
use of pool area and River trekking.
Notes:
*Guests are not allowed to bring in food (*strict compliance is a must)
*No Pets Allowed
*No Smoking Zone (Designated Smoking areas provided)
*No Cooking inside the resort.
*No Littering
*Cancelled booking shall forfeit initial payment made.
*Standard Check in Time is 2:00PM.
*Standard Check out Time is 12:00PM.
*P1,000.00 Security Deposit is required upon check in.
*Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Inclusive of entrance & pool use only.
Time: 9am until 5pm

Reservation Details:
For us to formally block the schedule we will be requiring 50 % down payment of the total cost
which will be fully deducted on guest folio upon check in.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

Standard Check in Time is 2:00 PM
Standard Check out Time is 12:00 Noon
*Early Check in is equivalent to additional P100.00/hour advanced.
Request for early check in will be subject for approval depending on room availability.
*Late Check out is equivalent to additional P500.00/hour, maximum of 2 hours beyond 2 hours will be
charged whole day room rate.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Booking confirmation will be the gate pass to the property and to be processed and released upon
receiving necessary documents.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF BOOKING:
*Cancelation of Booking shall forfeit initial payment made for the reservation
*Modification of reservation date can be done 2 weeks prior the reservation date further room
availability will be considered.
