Committees:

-Should meet often, at least 1 time per month (with a predetermined schedule
posted online), in addition to constant communication with committee members-

Committee Structure:
Chairperson (Assigned Officer)
Must attend all committee meetings
Must lead committee meetings with parliamentary procedure
Must ensure communication within committee (Google Docs, Groupme, Social Media
etc.)
Must enforce deadlines and relay all important information to his/her fellow officers
Parliamentarian
Must attend all meetings for all committees.
Must enforce the parliamentary procedure.
Must take over for chairperson or secretary in case of absence
Secretary
Must attend all meetings for all committees.
Must record all information shared and discussed at meetings to be posted online to be
visible to all members of the officer team and the committee members.
Members
Must attend all committee meetings.
Must uphold and be aware of all committee deadlines.
Must remain a productive and active member of the committee.
Must share and discuss ideas with the entire committee as a whole.

Committees:
Volunteering Committee:
Members should scout the school/community/local tech companies/libraries...etc
Committee should consult teacher advisors to create a sign-up sheet for each event.

Members must also consult the Outreach Committee to spread awareness of the
volunteering events
Fundraising Committee:
Members should scout the school/community/internet for ways to raise money for both
the club and good causes (American Cancer Society)
Committee should consult teacher advisors to create a sign-up sheet for each
fundraiser and must get the fundraiser approved beforehand by the advisors and school
administration.
Members must also consult the Outreach Committee to spread awareness of the
volunteering events
Outreach Committee:
Members must work with the other committees and the officer team (especially the
Secretary) to maintain communication within the club
Members must create and distribute information and fliers to raise awareness of various
parts of the club, whether it be for a fundraiser, a volunteering opportunity, or donations
from parents
Quality Control Committee:
The only members should be the entire officer team
Each officer will have a list of events they are responsible for. The officer must be in
constant communication with each event they are responsible for. They must also be
willing to discuss rules, deadlines, funding needs, and provide assistance when needed.
Each event will have 1 representative that directly communicates with the officer in
charge of their event. Event participants should discuss any concerns the members
have and express these to the officer in charge after certain periods of time.
