The concept of successful leadership is consequent from successful leader,

who is charismatic and seeks to advance a transformational style of


leadership through which he develops and raises the interests of supporters,
create responsiveness and recognition among them for determination and
assignment the team and inspire supporter to move away from their selfinterest for the ultimate success of nation or organization (House, 1999). Due
to his charismatic persona, leader shape the way people thoughtful and
accomplish. Leader are observed by other as title role model and stimulus
the culture and assistances in shape culture and culture in turn shapes
leaders. However, up-and-coming leadership may move from the culture
modification for the reason that the characteristic of charismatic and
transformational leadership varies with respect to change in culture. For
instance, in strong culture sometimes leader has to be bold and might need
to take strong, significant act in order to be perceived leader where in some
culture dialogue and autonomous approach might be chosen to keep fit
effective leadership. Hence, the assumption taken was the culture values,
beliefs,

and

expectations

influence

leadership

establish

meaning

of

supporters as well as themselves. The association between culture and


leadership is vibrant and culture is based on the attitude and style of
leadership. Each leadership style, each judgement, and every single person
