Activity for Delivery Team

HR to collect salary slip of the candidate


nce candidate sends resignation acceptance mail from his current company
HR Exec to identify/collect Employees previous Employer details by one of thew
following options:
During First Call to Employee
HR Exec to call candidate to collect documents and information before making
an offer
Hr Exec to check existing DB of Companies maintained to identify details
required about Candidates's Previous company (Refer Remarks)
HR Exec to identify the details of Employer required from documents submitted
by Candidate( Salary Slip/Appointment Letter of the Previous Organization)
HR Exec to search the required details from the internet/ Website
HR Exe to refer Candidate Application form flled by candidate during
recruitment
HR Exec to send Verifcation Mail to Candidate's Prev Co's HR & attach the
following:
i) Salary Proof/Salary Slip (submitted by Employee)
ii) Employee Verifcation Format ( Refer Remarks)
HR Exec to take further action based on any one of the following case:

ase 1 : Incase Prev Employer's HR Reverts


Incase Prev Employer's HR gives Positive revert
Incase Prev Employer's HR gives Negative revert ( A = Date of receiving
revert)
HR Exec to forward such Employee details to employees Reporting Manager &
HR Manager asking for next level of action to be taken for such employees
HR Manager & Reporting to mutually decide about the next level of action taken
for all Employees (where Prev Co's HR has given a Negative revert on Verifcation
Mail) & Update HR Exec on the same
HR Exec to take necessary action as per directed by HR Manager

HR Exec to follow up for Pending cases with HR Manager & Reporting Manager

ase 2 : Incase Prev Employer's HR DOES NOT Reverts


HR Exec to follow up for all Pending Cases with Respective HRs at different
companies based on the below mentioned follow up mechanism

HR Exec to call Prev Employers HR after 3 days of sending Verifcation Mail (Refer
remarks)

After making the call to respective HRs , HR Exec to send 1st reminder mail
Incase HR gives Positive Revert Incase HR gives Negative Revert - Process goes to S No. 5b
Incase HR does not reverts - Process goes to S No. 9
nd Follow Up for Pending cases:
HR Exec to call Prev Employers HR Post sending the 1st reminder mail (Refer
remarks)

After making the call to respective HRs , HR Exec to send 2nd reminder mail
Incase HR gives Positive Revert Incase HR gives Negative Revert - Process goes to S No. 5b
Incase HR does not reverts - Process goes to S No. 11

HR Exec to call Prev Employers HR post sending the 2nd Reminder mail (Refer
remarks)

After making the call to respective HRs , HR Exec to send 3rd reminder mail
Incase HR gives Positive Revert Incase HR gives Negative Revert - Process goes to S No. 5b
Incase HR does not reverts - Process goes to S No. 13

remarks)

After making the call to respective HRs , HR Exec to send fnal reminder mail
Incase HR gives Positive Revert Incase HR gives Negative Revert - Process goes to S No. 5b

Pre Joining Employment Verification tracker should be maintained to track progress.
