Michael Peterson: Hello, Miss Robinson, Im Michael Peterson. We have a great

variety of apartments for rent, but it all depends on your budget.
Linda: I want something very comfortable and not very expensive. I wonder if I
could get a good one in this big city.
Michael Peterson: Sure! I have a lot of options.
Linda: Ok ! Tell me about them !

Michael Peterson: I can offer you a beautiful condo with 4 bedrooms, a living room, 2
bathrooms, a garage and a large balcony.
Linda: And how much is the rent?

Linda: That sounds great! How much does it cost?

Linda: Just one more question, are pets allowed?
Michael Peterson: Im afraid not. You cant have any dogs or cats
Linda: What a pity! I cant rent it because I have dog.

room with a beautiful balcony, and the most important thing : pets are allowed.
Linda: Thats a great news, how much does it cost?
Michael Peterson: 250.000 thousand pesos per month, charges include gas and
water.
Linda: I think thats the perfect one for me. I want to rent that apartment.

This real estate agency offers a lot of beautiful places to live. Some of them are
small, cozy and cheap while others are large, spacious and very expensive. I really
hope this agency can help me find an ideal home to start my new life.
