organize an event named CORPORATE FUTSAL on 5th & 6th November 2016. This event is
of a first kind in Bhaktapur and it seeks to promote the game of futsal in order to foster
healthy inter-organizational relations.

COMPANY SUMMARY
Sweet Events is a new full service event management firm based in Bhaktapur that was
created by pairing together our passion for business and events. With a team of young,
creative, dynamic and dedicated professionals we have the vision of becoming the most
creative, reliable and trusted event and entertainment Management Company with focus
on event management, event marketing and production. As the first event of the company
and to introduce ourselves to people, we have come up with this idea of 1 st BHAKTAPUR
CORPORTE FUTSAL TOURNAMENT 2016.

EVENT CONCEPT
Futsal is a game played between two teams of five to eight players each, one of whom is the
goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. Unlike some other forms of indoor
football, the game is played on a grass court surface delimited by lines; walls or boards are
not used. Futsal is also played with a smaller ball with less bounce than a regular football
due to the surface of the field. The surface, ball and rules create an emphasis on
improvisation, creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small spaces.
We would like to provide a platform of entertainment by organizing an exclusive event for
exclusive group of crowd within the city and also make a mark in this industry.

Points to Note:
1. Participation is open only for corporate teams; teams can play only employees of the
organization who are genuinely related with the organization.
2. Players are allowed to register and play for only one team and Team Manager
may play only if he is registered under the players list.
3. Registration Form can be submitted to:

4. Once the organizer receives the name list, a follow up call will be made for team to
make the payment of Rs.8000.00 as registration fee.
5. The tournament committee reserves the right to repudiate the registration of any
team player (s), at its discretion.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration is only complete upon receiving the registration form, indemnity form
and team registration fees. Payment received is Non-Refundable.
2. Each player can only represent ONE team throughout this event.
3. Managers / Captains shall undertake the responsibility of ensuring the health and
well-being of the players competing in this Tournament.
4. Managers / Captains shall undertake the responsibility of ensuring the eligibility of
their players competing in this tournament. If participant(s) is / are found ineligible,
they will be disqualified from the competition with immediate effect. All participants
must bring along their identification card for verification purposes.
5. Only players listed in the registration form are eligible to participate in the
competition. Changes to the line-up will not be accepted once it has been submitted
to the presiding tournament official on the actual day / date.
6. In the absence of any team in any of the competing rounds, a win or default (walkover) would be awarded to the other opponent by the end of the grace period.
7. All participants shall comply with the instructions and decisions of the event
organizer and match officials.
8. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.
9. Any changes / amendments / decisions would be made at the sole discretion of the
organizer.

Indemnity
Upon the organizing committee undertaking reasonable care to ensure that the safety of all
the participants in this Futsal competition is taken care of, I confirm that I will not hold the
organizing committee responsible for the following:

Death

Disability

Personal Injury

d)

Loss of property or any other loss howsoever arising from any cause and
whatsoever in connection with the tournament or with my participation therein.

I certify that the above particulars are true and correct and I will ensure that my team
players will conform to the Tournament Rules and Regulations, maintain good conduct and
play in the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship.
