1- What is your Strength and Weakness?

My Strength is that I am a motivated person and always looking to

improve and develop myself by myself, I am workaholic, quick learner and
a good listener.
My Weakness is that I am always care to the small details and always try
to finish my task before the deadline to recheck once and twice before
handle it and always keep tracking my team to the task which I gave
them to do.
My weakness is that I am rarely say no to the people who came to me
and ask for help and assistance.

1- Why do you want to leave your present job or company?

I will be always grateful to all my previous company, since I had learn a
lot of things by working for them such as time management, dedication
and work under pressure and I believe that I have grown up with my last
employer as much as I could and I want to grow further in my career path
in some areas and I believe that is possible with a new employer since
changes are necessary for everyone to enhance our skills, knowledge and
finical growth.
I do enjoy working at my current job. The culture and the people make it
a great place to work. But Im looking for more responsibility with new
and fresh challenges. I have worked on and successfully completed
several projects, from start to finish during the past two years. Currently,
advancement opportunities are scarce at my current job.

1- What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

If you have any project first you will think about it on "how to do it" that
is smart work.
Later you are going to work on project that is hard work. No one can get
smarter without doing hard work. Since Smart work is next step of hard

2- How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Working at night shifts should not matter these days because people are
modernizing and molding themselves according to the present situation.
Frankly I don't have any problems doing in night shifts and weekends, I'm
young and good hard worker, I want to grow my career along with the
company. If the company require my presence in night or weekend I will
be there in any time.

3- Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Well, if my work demands for reallocation I will be up for it. This will be a
great opportunity to work beyond my comfort level and then adapting
myself to different circumstances.

4- What makes you angry?

Anger is humans nature, you cannot avoid yourself to be angry of sth ,
but the issue is how to avoid the others to see your angry show your
angry to the people and think that what will be the impact of my anger to
that situation. That feeling helps to control my anger.

I have gain my experience through working for different Companies
worldwide working in Different fields and currently I am managing the IT
department in Al Hijaz Group.
My current Duties Include
1 Review the IT operation reports and activities.
2 Managing the IT Service to ensure the Stability, Availability and
Capability of IT service in the Main offices, Branches and Projects
which we are running.
3 Managing and Implementing the IT Projects; define the
Requirement, Resources, Budgeting, and timescale. Team player and
ensure to plan and execute of the project and keep track of them
until delivery and closure.

Manage the financial aspects for the IT Department, including

procurement and budgeting.

Managing the IT Department by define the Roles and

responsibilities for them, IT stuffing, training and Evaluation for
them ( KPI ).

Implement all IT policies and procedures as established by Group IT,

including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards,
purchasing, and service provision.

Keep current with the latest technologies.

8 Providing Client Support for the Employee using all kind of support
(phone / Email / remotely and Site visit if required).
9 Diagnose and Resolve Technical Hardware and software issue.
10 Management Meeting to provide them with the appropriate

Can you tell me about a major project you have successfully

Let us say that in our Department we always have a project in
terms of ( Fast Project like IT infrastructure Project or IT
Software project ) recently I Involved in Implementing a new
System for Archiving ( DCG System ) and Lunch it between our
Group .
It was a very major project. I had a previous experience in how
much this project and System will add value to our business
process in terms of Data Availability, organizing and security.
This took a considerable amount for all part in terms of
Initiating, planning, execution, Monitoring and Controlling till
the Delivery part.
In the first part I had to assess everything that would need to
be arranged in advance, from the Feasibility Study and Project
purpose (in terms of Budget time, Benefits, Quality, Scope and
Risk); I had to get involve with all departments to get
information from them on what they need from this software,
what they want to access, type of data which will be available
to access so all of these done through meeting and studies and
get a good communication with them in order to make the
project prose and approve it by all field .
Then planning part came by building the Software
Development Plan in terms of defining the SRS, and SDS,
System overview and Architecture. Also Defining the CMP, QAP,
Sec Plan in order to clarify all the aspects for example I had to
review the software requirement plan many-times and search
for availability of each prerequisites vs. cost to be on track on
this field.

The Executing part was in defining the roles and roles and
responsibilities for my team and determine their experience in
this field to deal and adapt plus Implement and test the
software if it is installed correctly and make the regular testing
approach in field of UT , UAT , Security testing , performance
testing .
Monitoring & Controlling We had to update the project plan for
any change or additional requirements to validate the result
which coming to us and compare it to actual output to make
sure about the functionality of the system.
(Delivery) The Software was very successful implemented and
lunched .Now we can say that we achieve a project will have a
great impact into our business process.

In what ways are you a team player?

I certainly very much enjoy working with others; Im outgoing, I enjoy the team spirit
and Im understanding of the needs of others. Im good at helping the team to see the
bigger picture, I believe I have strong communication and leadership skills.
