1:- Green Field Project at Nuh, Haryana Site
VBL established its one of the biggest plant at Nuh (Haryana). Its a green field project and
the total cost of the project is about 200 billion. As a part of project worked in establishing Water treatment and RO plant

2:- Project Zebra at Kundli, Haryana site
Shineroad foods is bringing new plant for production of commercial products like cup jelly
and cooking cream. The plant with daily 48 ton production capacity is initiated in Kundli
industrial area with total cost of 150 billion.

3:- Project Launch of Bacardi In Nepal
Bacardi International expands its business to Nepal in flavored Rum and White rum product
with Collaboration of a tertiary manufacturing Unit of Rolling river distillery in Nepal: Individually handling all operations related activity and Guide TMU person according to
Bacardi protocol

4:- Breezer CAN launch in India
Bacardi India Launches Breezer product first time in CAN packaging, and setup a new line at
Goa site. Worked as a project lead and launch project one month before the due time of
launching thus saved the cost of company : Setup, commissioning and validation of new lines, blending room and bottling hall.

5:- Returnable bottle project and water recovery system development


Implemented provision for bottle washing for returnable bottle, implementation at
various sites in India
Designed water recovery and recycle system for Hyderabad, and proposed
implementation at various site
70% of bottle washer water is recycled and reused by this system.
Returnable bottle use helps in cost reduction.
